| Education is related to a country’s human resources and affects the development in the future.Teachers are the foundation of the establishment and the source of the development of education.According to the current situation of teacher education and national conditions in China,the master teacher studios have become a popular mode to promote teacher professional development,and their operation effect are still being tested by practice.Therefore,the study focused on the middle school chemistry master teacher studios in Hubei province.There are two main research objects,respectively a municipal junior middle school chemistry master teacher studio and a provincial high school chemistry master teacher studio.The host and some members are semi-structured interviews.Interview method is the main research methods,which is around the four core elements of master teacher studios,including system,the host,the members and activities.From the five aspects of the middle school chemistry master teacher studios in embedded value,orientation,organizational structure relationship,activity features and teacher learning,the advantages,operating characteristics and influencing factors of the high efficient operation of the middle school chemistry master teacher studios were deeply discussed.It is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction,including the origin of the research,research significance and research design.The second part is a literature review.The core concepts of master teacher and master teacher studios are defined,and then the research status of teacher professional learning community and master teacher studios at home and abroad are analyzed.The third part is the general situation of famous teacher studios in Hubei Province,from the policy interpretation to the analysis of the structural characteristics of Hubei Master Teacher Studios.The fourth part is the operation status and effect analysis of Hubei middle school chemistry master teacher studios.The fifth part is to explore the influential factors of the operation of the middle school chemistry master teacher studios.The sixth part is divided into research conclusions and suggestions,including research conclusions,master teacher studios construction strategy and research reflection.According to the research and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The master teacher studios have outstanding advantages,which are mainly reflected in several aspects,including few operational management restrictions,member selection without regional restrictions,strong targeted training content,teaching and scientific research.It pursues high positioning,high requirements and high quality.(2)The operation of middle school chemistry master teacher studios has obvious characteristics.There are cognitive differences between the host and the members on the nature orientation of the master studio model,but the vision of the studio is basically the same as the individual development goals of the members.The value of the master teacher studio is highly recognized,and the members can realize the role transformation.Management system is incentive oriented,personnel selection based on the principle of voluntary two-way selection.The overall relationship of organizational structure is harmonious and stable.The internal cooperation is more frequent,and the mutual evaluation between the host and members is high.The activity form of the master studios adopts the combination of online and offline,teaching and scientific research go hand in hand,which can meet the development needs of members.Teacher learning based on master teacher studios mainly depends on individual autonomy,learning content pays attention to the depth and breadth of the extension.(3)The master teacher studios collectively discuss and create fruitful teaching results,and the influence is increasing with the help of the network.At the same time,the master teacher studios can bring rich benefits to the individual members.The members’spiritual characteristics such as sense of career gain,sense of happiness and sense of honor are enhanced.And their abilities in class competition,teaching and paper writing are significantly improved.(4)The factors that influence the efficient and long-term operation of the middle school chemistry master teacher studios include the high-quality resources composed of learning resources and famous teacher resources,individual autonomy,cooperative culture and the external support system constructed by funds,learning and policies.In order to promote the long-term operation and development of the master teacher studios,the middle school chemistry master teacher studios should create an effective learning culture to help the independent development of teachers.Make reasonable development plan to enhance the scientific research ability of teachers and integrate various information technologies to expand the influence of master teacher studios. |
