Teachers’ equilibrium configuration is the key to realize the balanced development of the education,is the important premise and foundation of realizing fair education In recent years,in order to promote the balanced development of rural compulsory education,alleviate rural compulsory education school teachers regional lack of problem,"Go-teaching" as an instructional mode was raised,and the stage of compulsory education schools in rural areas gradually,What is the operating state of the system?What are the motivations?What are the difficulties and problems?How to ensure and improve the effectiveness of its implementation?Seeking the answer to these questions is the value and significance of our study and discussion of the education system.This article is aimed at county tube school hired under the background of rural compulsory education stage school teachers teaching problems of specialized study This article selects Q county in Shanxi Province compulsory education schools as research samples,to grasp the characteristics of the compulsory education stage teacher go teach,analysis to solve the current problems existing in the teaching,teachers to explore the feasible countermeasures and Suggestions of improve the system of go teach,perspective based on the optimal allocation of teachers,provide new ideas for rural compulsory education balanced development.In this study,the author used questionnaire interview and other survey methods to investigate the status quo of the teaching system in the rural compulsory education stage,and found that although this teaching form has an important role and value in the balanced allocation of rural education resources,especially teachers’ resources,there are also many outstanding problems:The working experience of the Go-teaching teachers is not enough,the degree of specialization is low,and the quality needs to be improved.The teachers’ work burden is too heavy,the curriculum arrangement is unreasonable,and their own development is limited.The welfare of teachers is not excellent,the assessment system is not perfect,and the formalism is serious.Through the analysis,we believe that the main reasons for these problems are as follows:The selection standards and requirements of teachers are unreasonable,and the relevant personnel management system is not sound enough.The management mode of teachers is rigid and their status is marginalized.There is a shortage of funds to support teaching,and the vocational security mechanism of teachers is not perfect.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes in the work of teachers,this paper discusses how to perfect the system of teachers in compulsory education from three levels of school teachers in the administrative departments of education:First of all,educational administrative departments should encourage outstanding backbone teachers to join the Go-teaching team,complement the teaching team,and rely on the Internet and other platforms for distance teaching;Improve the related welfare of the Go-teaching teachers,establish a teacher information sharing mechanism;We will improve the teacher assessment mechanism and service guarantee mechanism.Secondly,schools should attach importance to the Go-teaching teachers and actively support their work.Optimize the course arrangement,scientific and reasonable teaching;Implement a class schedule and promote collective lesson preparation;Innovate the school management system and share educational resources.Thirdly,the Go-teaching teachers themselves should improve the comprehensive quality,fully mobilize the initiative of students,innovate the teaching model,and ensure the effect of the teaching,so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the teaching system and serve the balanced development of rural compulsory education.
