Physics is based on experiments,and experimental teaching is an important part of physics teaching.With the deepening of curriculum reform,the number of physics experiments in middle schools is increasing,and the requirements of physics experiment teaching are also increasing.However,in actual teaching,the experimental teaching skills of middle school physics teachers are lacking.Normal colleges are the cradle of training physics teachers,and normal education is the formation stage of pre-service physics teachers' teaching skills,which largely determines the teaching quality of new teachers.If we want to improve the experimental teaching skills of physics teachers,we must pay special attention to the stage of normal education.Therefore,the development of experimental teaching skills of physics normal students is worthy of attention.Experimental demonstration skills are the most basic experimental teaching skills,so this paper takes the experimental demonstration skills of pre-service physics teachers as the research topic.The article is divided into six parts.The first part sorts out the research on experimental demonstration skills at home and abroad,and explains the purpose,significance,contents and methods of this research.The second part defines the concept of experimental demonstration skills and expounds the theoretical basis of this study.In the third part,on the basis of literature review,the evaluation scale of pre-service physics teachers' experimental demonstration skills is constructed by adopting expert consultation and analytic hierarchy process.The fourth part uses the evaluation scale as a tool to observe the experimental teaching classes of normal students at different stages of development,and evaluates the pre-service physics teachers' experimental demonstration skills with questionnaires.The fifth part discusses the development strategy of experimental demonstration skills of physics normal students.The sixth part is the conclusion and reflection of the study.Taking the constructed evaluation scale as a tool,this paper mainly evaluates the experimental demonstration skills of normal students from four aspects:selection and installation,operation and demonstration,explanation and guidance,feedback and effect.Through research,it is found that the overall level of experimental demonstration skills of normal physics students is not high,and it is concentrated in the middle level.There are four main problems in pre-service physics teachers' experimental demonstration skills:inadequate preparation,nonstandard experimental operation,low experimental visibility and neglect of students' dominant position.This study puts forward the corresponding development strategies from three levels:normal colleges,instructors and pre-service physics teachers.First of all,normal colleges should optimize the evaluation of experimental courses,strengthen the evaluation of normal students' experimental operations,open more physics laboratories and strengthen the supervision of educational practice;Secondly,the instructor should pay attention to the guidance of the presupposition,operation,guidance,feedback and reflection of the experimental demonstration of normal students;Finally,Pre-service physics teachers should study basic theoretical knowledge hard,finish every physics experiment seriously,grasp the opportunity of experimental teaching practice,and actively participate in teaching competitions and experimental teaching exchange activities.
