Chinese teaching material is not only the carrier for teachers to achieve the goal of Chinese teaching,but also the most important way for students to learn Chinese.Therefore,a good textbook is of great importance to the teaching of teachers and students.Chinese textbooks for primary schools have been put into use nationwide since September 2017.The biggest change compared with the previous version is to incorporate extra-curricular reading into the textbook system,and guide students to step by step into autonomous reading through teacher-taught reading and guided reading.The setting of various columns in the extracurricular reading section of the first and second grade not only affects the improvement of the students'extracurricular reading ability,but also directly affects the results of the extracurricular reading teaching,at present,teachers,students and parents are not very effective in the use of the extra-curricular reading section,so the research on it becomes very important.In order to better study the use of the extra-curricular reading section of the column,the author integrated the use of interview,investigation and case study.The author of the paper from three parts on the topic:The first part of the First Section of the primary school Chinese extra-curricular reading section set out the content and writing features,it is found that the content of reading materials is suitable for children's cognition and life reality,rich in genre and rich in layout,graphic and textual features.In the second part,from the perspectives of teachers,parents and students,the author studies the current situation and causes of the use of the extra-curricular reading section,on the one hand,teachers,students and parents are aware of the importance of extra-curricular reading and actively create conditions to strengthen reading.On the other hand,teachers and parents lack effective methods to guide students in reading.In the third part,combining the excellent teaching cases and the teaching experiences of myself and my colleagues,the author puts forward some teaching suggestions on the use of various columns in the extracurricular reading section of the first period,in teaching,students'interest in reading is aroused by the design of interesting teaching activities with reference to teachers'teaching books,and the activities are carried out according to the characteristics of material selection After-school follow-up through the parents to understand the effect of children's extra-curricular reading.However,there are still some deficiencies in the content of this thesis,such as how to effectively evaluate the effectiveness of students'extracurricular reading,the incomplete use of the survey object,etc..The author hopes to enrich the content of this article according to the teaching experience and the experience of other excellent teachers.
