With the advent of the era of artificial intelligence,the demand for innovative talents in artificial intelligence has greatly increased.In order to produce more high-quality AI innovators,the state has issued a series of policies to strengthen education in artificial intelligence,such as the 2019 Ministry of Education's "Artificial Intelligence Education in Primary and Secondary Schools" that states that students in grades 3-8 will fully pilot courses in artificial intelligence and programming,which will make more people aware of the importance of learning programming well.The implementation of Scratch teaching allows students to learn programming from primary school,laying a good foundation for better learning programming in the future.In the implementation of Scratch curriculum for many years,there are many teaching modes applied to teaching in the classroom,teacher-led traditional teaching,task-driven teaching,project-based teaching mode,etc.,this experiment is based on the case teaching model,to explore the application of case teaching model in primary school Scratch curriculum.Under the guidance of constructivism theory,information processing theory and situational learning theory,this study builds the Scratch curriculum case teaching mode based on the case teaching mode,and applies it to the teaching of Scratch programming in primary school,tries to explore the influence of case teaching on the programming learning of primary school students in the teaching of Scratch in primary school,and summarizes the application effect of case teaching mode to Scratch curriculum.The research work of this study is divided into the following three aspects.(1)Query and organize the relevant research results of case teaching mode and primary school Scratch curriculum.By consulting the relevant literature of case teaching mode and primary school Scratch curriculum,the author has a clear understanding of the implementation of case teaching and the requirements,and can make teaching fit into the case teaching mode in the process of teaching design,on the other hand,he has a deeper understanding of the teaching situation of Scratch curriculum in primary schools,and hopes to explore the teaching effect of case teaching mode application in primary school Scratch curriculum under the guidance of relevant theories.(2)Apply the case teaching model to carry out experimental teaching.In the teaching of Scratch programming in primary school,the author selects the appropriate teaching content to write the case,and relies on the case teaching mode to carry out the case teaching.This study designed a total of three teaching links,"basic teaching","game imitation" and "case teaching",in the "case teaching" stage,through the analysis of cases,discussion and the production of Scratch works,on the basis of flexible use of the knowledge learned,so that students can find problems through cases,solve problems and reflection,develop students' problem-solving ability and reflection ability.(3)Case teaching mode is applied to the effect verification of Scratch curriculum in primary schools.In the "case teaching stage",the students of the experimental class are taught the case and the effect of the teaching experiment is verified.Using the problem-solving energy scale,the data collection and analysis of experimental and control classes were obtained,and the application effect of case teaching mode in the Scratch curriculum of primary schools was obtained.Through the research work,this study has obtained the following research results.(1)This study determines that the case teaching model is effective in the teaching of Scratch in primary schools.In this study,the author through the review of the relevant literature of the case teaching model,according to the case teaching model of the requirements of the case,and the first-line teachers to explore,write cases,the implementation of case teaching.Through data collection and analysis,there is a better teaching effect,which shows that the students in the experimental class perform better than the students in the control class in problem solving ability and reflection ability,and the attitude towards programming learning has also undergone a benign change.(2)This study determines that the case teaching model can improve the problem-solving ability and reflection ability of primary school students.According to the requirements of the case teaching model,the author carried out case teaching,according to the problem-solving ability and reflection ability scale of the experimental class and the control class students for pre-test and post-test,through the collection of data for analysis,students' problem-solving ability and reflection ability has been significantly improved.
