In the current work, network resources have become a necessity of enterprises.Organizations promote communication and communication between employees through the integration of Internet and enterprise operation, improve the work efficiency of employees and improve the organizational performance of enterprises. However, the Internet is a double-edged sword, which has brought potential harm to the enterprise while improving the performance of the enterprise. The rapid development of the Internet has increased the possibility that employees are not focused on their work.During the working hours, employees can engage in some activities that are not related to work and do not aim at work through the Internet resources organized by the organization. This behavior is called "Cycberloafing" in academic circles.Because this behavior is based on Internet resources,it has certain characteristics of the times.Because of the great difference between cycberloafing and other idle behaviors,it is hidden and not easily detected. Therefore, this behavior has been widely existed in various organizations, and more and more scholars have explored the causes of this behavior. With the popularization and wide application of Internet resources, enterprises not only use Internet resources to improve work efficiency, but also use this platform to expand their recruitment channels. This behavior brings pressure to employees.More and more employees feel that their current positions in the company are potentially threatened, and they will face the situation of being dismissed at any time The threat is called job insecurity. The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of employees experiencing job insecurity on their Internet leisure behavior.Based on the theory of resource preservation, this study believes that employees who feel insecure at work will realize that their precious resources are likely to be exhausted, that their time and energy in the job can not get the corresponding attention, that the pressure will increase, and that their basic psychological needs will be affected accordingly. Therefore, the core dimension of job burnout, emotional exhaustion,is introduced as a mediating variable to construct a hypothesis model of "job insecurity-motional exhaustion".According to the cognitive evaluation theory, employees will evaluate the current situation. If they think that they have no countermeasures to prevent the situation from deteriorating, their emotions will further deteriorate. At this time, employees will idle on the Internet to supplement their emotional resources. In the first mock exam,we also introduced the new "job preservation motivation" to construct a model of "job insecurity – job preservation motivation-cycberloafing" to explore how to reduce employee's idle behavior through staff's own adjustment. In this study, through the way of questionnaire survey, the survey of multiple regions Based on the survey of234 employees,it is found that emotional exhaustion plays a partial mediating role in the influence of job insecurity on cycberloafing;job protection motivation also plays a partial mediating role in the influence of job insecurity on cycberloafing;the partial mediating role of emotional exhaustion is greater than that of job protection motivation. This study uses the research methods of literature research, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to explore the mechanism of the influence of work insecurity on Internet idle behavior. The innovation of this study is as follows: first, enriching the domestic empirical research results on cycberloafing.secondly, introducing the emotional exhaustion commonly used in individual emotional research as the intermediary effect, and obtaining through empirical analysis.finally, the new variable job preservation motivation is introduced as the intermediary effect and verified.Based on the empirical results, this paper puts forward suggestions for managers to reduce cycberloafing behavior from the perspective of organization, and makes a prospect for the future research.
