Ethnic higher education is an important part of China's higher education,shouldering the multiple tasks of Inheriting Ethnic Culture,training ethnic talents,and promoting the development of ethnic areas.Teachers are the hope of revitalizing education.At present,young teachers in Universities for nationalities are the main force of teaching and scientific research.However,young teachers in Universities for Nationalities receive multiple pressures and challenges in the process of professional development.Therefore,understanding the current situation of professional development of young teachers in Universities for Nationalities and exploring the influencing factors of professional development of young teachers in Universities for nationalities are the premise of promoting their professional development.This study takes young teachers in Universities for Nationalities as the research object,uses questionnaire survey and interview method,constructs the measurement index system of influencing factors of young teachers' professional development in Universities for Nationalities based on the influencing factors of young teachers' professional development,revises the influencing factors scale,and constructs the structural equation model according to the data results to analyze the development status of young teachers in Universities for nationalities And differences.On this basis,it puts forward feasible suggestions for the professional development of young teachers in Universities for nationalities.The results show that the professional development of ethnic young teachers in Universities is influenced by society,workplace and individual.The social level mainly influences the professional development of young teachers in Ethnic Universities through the reform of higher education system,social status and the social atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education.Among the three,the social atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education has a relatively greater impact on teachers.The individual teachers are mainly affected by career planning,professional identity,professional knowledge level,modern educational technology,multicultural literacy and ideological and political literacy.Among them,the career planning,professional identity and multicultural literacy of teachers have the highest impact on their professional development.The workplace of young teachers in Colleges and universities has the highest impact on their professional development.It mainly affects teachers' professional development by providing platform,funding,harmonious atmosphere and environment,interdisciplinary team building,participating in decision-making,providing reasonable appointment,promotion system and salary,carrying out characteristic knowledge training in national colleges and universities,and carrying out teaching and management training.Among them,loose and harmonious atmosphere,providing development platform and encouraging interdisciplinary work team have the highest impact on the professional development of young teachers in Universities for nationalities.The overall situation of young teachers' professional development in Universities for nationalities is good,but most of them have excessive pressure.The top five sources are "research pressure,professional title evaluation,teaching pressure,children's education,performance appraisal".More than half of the teachers have "research pressure,professional title evaluation,teaching pressure" at the same time.46.7%of young teachers have turnover intention,which is not conducive to the stability of the teaching team.
