Since the 1990 s,Teachers’ professional development has been the focus of the research of teachers’ Education in our country, scholars generally believe that the teacher’s professional developmen plays a decisive rolet for the entire school construction and development, is assurance of the sustainable development of the school. Research about teacher professional development of the Ganges, and more involved in the connotation of teachers’ professional development, problems and strategy, the way and the mechanism, evaluation. But because of the broad factors and uncertainty analysis of the influencing factors of teacher professional development is less. The young teachers in Colleges and universities is the development of potential power and ensure future, according to the present situation of research on the professional development of this group is relatively less,Yunnan Normal University is a teaching and research university with the characteristics of teacher education, and the construction of the young teaching staff should be the most important part of the construction of the teaching staff.In this paper, the influence factors of young teachers’ professional development are analyzed from the perspective of the organizational environment of the University, which is based on the young teachers’ team of Yunnan Normal University. The professional development of young teachers in Colleges and Universities under the impact of individual factors and organizational factors, this paper on the basis of Yunnan Normal University Young Teachers’ professional development, respectively from the dimensions of the management system, organizational culture, leadership style, organization structure of university how to construct a conducive to teachers’ professional development organization internal environment. This study selected 23 Colleges of Yunnan Normal University Young Teachers as the research object, by questionnaire survey and interviews, to analyze the status of young teachers’ professional development investigation from the angle of organization environment.This thesis divides into three parts: introduction, the theory and the conclusion.The introduction part introduced background and genesis of this research, briefly describes the purpose and significance of the study, illustrates the ideas and methods, the related concepts of this study were defined,Study of teacher professional development at home and abroad in recent years are briefly reviewed.This part is mainly based on the survey results, the actual situation of the professional development of young teachers in Yunnan Normal University, as well as the status quo of the organizational environment for the professional development of teachers in Yunnan Normal University, to analyze the the survey data.The conclusion is mainly from the perspective of organizational environment, to analyze the attribution of the professional development of young teachers in Yunnan Normal University, and puts forward some related suggestions. Finally, the whole text is summarized, the deficiencies of the study are summarized and the future research is done in the future.
