Due to the lack of safety awareness,primary school students constantly encounter various casualties,which makes the country pay more attention to safety education.In the context of the overall national security concept,in order to improve the safety awareness and emergency skills of primary school students,the state emphasizes,in the courses' characteristics of Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards,that physical education can "integrate some of the knowledge and skills of safety emergency and risk avoidance".It is of great significance both in theory and in practice to carry out the research on the education of "knowledge and skills of safety emergency and avoidance" in primary school physical education curriculum,but the current primary school physical education has not involved in the teaching content of emergency and risk avoidance.This paper analyzes the current situation of the physical education of "integrating some knowledge and skills of safety emergency and risk avoidance".The results show that it is difficult to adjust the problems of class allocation and teaching content planning when the emergency knowledge and skills are directly incorporated into the physical education course,but it is a better choice to carry out the education of emergency of "emergency knowledge and risk avoidance skills" in the form of "sports characteristic courses".First of all,the compatibility of sports skills and emergency avoidance skills makes emergency avoidance courses have teachers and technical support;Secondly,the development of emergency skills makes physical education courses more suitable for the needs of current students;Thirdly,the national policy supports the independent research and development of school-based special courses with students as the main body;Finally,the professional skills of physical education teachers are conducive to their rapid adaptation to the development of emergency skills education.By sorting out the interview results of experts in relevant fields,this paper analyzes the development and research of sports characteristic courses and emergency avoidance skills courses,and summarizes the following three points:First,according to the requirements of the new curriculum standard of physical education in 2019 and the order law of the growth of students' physical fitness in each period,physical education curriculum mainly develops six qualities of primary school students: flexibility,reaction,agility,coordination,balance and speed,and does not pursue extra strength and endurance.Therefore,the teaching content of emergency skills is also based on the above six qualities,so that students can improve the ability of risk avoidance without additional physical burdenSecond,the course of emergency skills absorbs the types of safety education modules divided by the guidance outline for public safety education in primary and secondary schools.Combined with the key areas of national emergency safety skills education for primary school students,it classifies the professional skills according to the classification standard of logic,involving four parts of fire,flood,earthquake and human injury.Third,in the part of teaching design,based on the classification project of emergency skills,combined with the practical teaching scheme of improving emergency skills,it is clear that the key point of fire emergency skills teaching is the integration of alarm,initial fire disposal and emergency evacuation skills with sports;The teaching of flood emergency skills focuses on the integration of self-made floating clothes and parabolic throwing skills with sports.The teaching of earthquake emergency skills focuses on the integration of SOS call for help,emergency evacuation,post-disaster psychological intervention and sports.The teaching of human injury emergency avoidance skills focuses on the integration of traffic accident,bad weather and fall self-care with sports.Therefore,it is feasible,meaningful and operable to set up the PE characteristic course of "emergency avoidance skills" in primary schools.It is suggested that schools should clarify the teaching content of each stage,guide parents to cooperate with emergency safety education,and train teachers with the concept of emergency avoidance.
