Underachievers,a big problem in education,exist in every school and class.Thus,how to transfer them certainly is a task of schools.Educating them through home-school cooperation,a practical way,not only eases teachers' burdens but promotes parents' responsibility awareness in education.In the primary schools of the urban-rural Integration of Qiaocheng district of Bozhou city,students' grades were more seriously divided,more than half number in some classes,especially in the upper grades of primary schools.There are important problems in school cooperation of urban-rural Integration,thus it is of great practical value to study how Underachievers are transformed through home-school cooperation.This paper develops mainly based on common responsibility theory.This paper,regarding Underachievers' parents and teachers of the upper grades of two primary schools in Qiaocheng district in Bozhou city as research objects,designs questionnaires in terms of parents' understanding,approaches,contents and situations,responsibility division,system and efficiency on Underachievers transformation through home-school cooperation,and does interview as far as teachers' and parents' understanding,activeness,ways and systems on Underachievers transformation.Questionnaire data and interview showed parents' problems on Underachievers transformation through home-school cooperation in the upper grades on two primary schools of urban-rural integration such as less understanding;single way;biased content;short of responsibility sense and imperfect system.In view of the above-mentioned problems,the author put forward some strategies on underacievers transformation through home-school cooperation in terms of understanding,ways,content and situations,responsibility division,systems resolutions.In understanding,it is necessary for parents to realize their rights and duties,and clear their roles;it is also important for schools to reinforce their guidance to raise parents' importance to cooperation;In ways,schools shall increase approaches to home-school cooperation,teachers pay a regular visit to home and parents participate in activities actively;In content,cooperative goals and two-way communication should be built between home and school;In responsibilities division,parents shall raise their realization of educating children and schools shall create a platform on education for Underacievers' parents;In perfect the system,parents shall promote their education abilities and schools shall improve the system on homeschool cooperation.
