"Teacher are the base of education plan".Teachers are the most direct implementer of teaching activities.To improve the quality of students,we must have a high-quality team of teachers as a support.Improving the level and ability of teachers is not only a guarantee for the high-quality development of higher education,but also an inherent requirement for the development of teachers themselves.As a representative of the teachers,the famous teachers in the university have formed more specialized educational beliefs,subject knowledge,practical knowledge and theoretical knowledge in the long-term study,development and education practice.Understanding their educational growth experience and tapping their experience of development can provide reference for the majority of college teachers,especially young teachers,to help them grow and develop better.In order to more intuitively display the image of a famous teacher and play a role model,this study selected a national-level teaching teacher as a case.Describes their experiences as a teacher's growth and development more comprehensive and systematic through interviews and narrative research.It analyzes the main factors and successful experiences that affect its growth and development,in order to provide reference and enlightenment for the growth of other teachers,especially young teachers.The study is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance and research methods of this paper.This paper summarizes the current research status at home and abroad,also sorts out the characteristics of famous teachers,the growth of famous teachers and the professional development stage of teachers.The second part is the theoretical basis,including the teacher career development theory,the teacher professional development theory and the constructivist teacher learning theory.In addition,the relevant core concepts are also defined.The third part is a case study of Professor L,a famous teacher in colleges and universities.Firstly,through the interview method,I get the first-hand information.Combining the existing texts and subsequent re-contact,after summarizing and sorting,Professor L's growth process is divided into five stages,and then his narrative form is used to sort out his 40-year coaching career.Finally,the theoretical basis of the previous article is based on a comprehensive analysis of his development process.The fourth part is to analyze the related influencing factors in the process of Professor L's growth.It mainly includes two aspects: external influence factors and internal influence factors.When summarizing external factors,it is summarized from the four levels of the national level,the school level,the important other and the student level.The internal influence factorsmainly include Professor L's own behavioral mechanism and personality traits.Including his lifelong learning,diligent practice,good at reflection and other explicit behaviors,and love of education,rigorous study,willing to sacrifice and other inherent qualities.The fifth part is the conclusion and revelation of the research.Summarize the common law and personality characteristics of Professor L's development based on the analysis of the case growth process and its related influencing factors.From the three aspects of individuals,schools and countries,they draw some inspirations for reference and reference.Hope to provide some suggestions for the development of teachers in higher education institutions in China.
