With the rapid development of the Internet,changes in the society are changing with each passing day,and at the same time,the society's demand for talents is constantly changing.In order to cope with the changes brought about by this development and cultivate talents who can adapt to this change,China in 2016 researched and formulated a framework system suitable for the development of Chinese students' core literacy.The formulation of the core literacy of the subject has further refined and clarified the educational value of the subject.The establishment of the core literacy system not only stipulates the requirements for training talents,but also promotes the update of the curriculum concept,curriculum content,curriculum system and curriculum evaluation.As the leader and executor of education and teaching,teachers should continuously update their professional qualities with the education goals to ensure the smooth realization of the education goals.Based on the core literacy of the ideological and political disciplines,this study explores the current status of professional development of high school ideological and political teachers,and analyzes the problems in the process of professional development of high school ideological and political teachers.An effective path to further improve the professional qualities of high school ideological and political teachers in the field of discipline core literacy,in order to promote the professional growth of high school ideological and political teachers,and promote the realization of the fundamental task of high school ideological and political lessons.This research mainly uses literature research,comprehensive analysis,survey analysis and other methods to summarize from four aspects:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the background,research significance,research ideas of this article and combs the research on teachers' professional development at home and abroad,and forms a literature review.The second chapter is to define the relevant concepts involved in this article;the second is to analyze the significance of the professional growth of high school ideological and political teachers,in order to make readers understand the practicalsignificance of the professional growth of high school ideological and political teachers.Finally,it summarizes the requirements of the core literacy of the discipline on the professional growth of high school ideological and political teachers to determine the research direction of this article.The third chapter is based on a survey and understanding of the current state of professional development of high school ideological and political courses teachers.Through a survey in the form of questionnaires,the effectiveness and deficiencies of the current professional development of high school ideological and political courses teachers are analyzed.An analysis of the reasons for the problems in the process of professional development of high school ideological and political teachers is to find out the deep-seated reasons that affect the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers.The fourth chapter is to propose improvement strategies from the country,school and ideology and politics teachers themselves,so as to promote high school ideology and politics teachers to achieve their professional growth.
