Research On The Optimization Of China's Fertility Policy Under The Background Of "universal Two-child"

The comprehensive two-child policy has been implemented for more than five years,and limited achievements have been made in improving fertility levels and alleviating aging.However,the comprehensive two-child policy is not the end of China's policy adjustment.At this stage,China should continue to adjust the fertility policy on the basis of respecting the wishes of the people.In this study,the "comprehensive two-child" policy is the starting point to analyzed the factors affecting the effect of my birth policy.And then,the author try to account for the reason why these factors exists here from the angles of police.At last,the author try to raise some practical measures.Reducing fertility cost was taken as a core of this paper.The author focus on how to protect the right of women and children,starting from the aspects of system protection and service optimization.We will improve China 's fertility policy and its supporting system,provide practical policy support and guarantee for the promotion of China' s fertility policy,and further improve the fertility level of people of childbearing age in China.
