"PBL teaching mode" is a kind of problem-based teaching method,which focuses on problem-based inquiry learning.In this process,it can promote students'understanding and application of basic knowledge,and develop their thinking ability.In the new curriculum reform standards in 2017,it is clearly proposed that the cultivation of students' scientific thinking is one of the core qualities of biology.Both of them emphasize the development of students' scientific thinking.Therefore,based on the current teaching situation of the third round review course in senior high school and the improvement of students' scientific thinking ability in 2017 new curriculum reform standard,this paper analyzes the research status of "PBL teaching mode"based on literature survey method,and determines to practice in the third round review biology classroom teaching in senior high school,In order to study whether the PBL teaching mode can effectively improve the students' scientific thinking ability,we designed a review lesson teaching design which is suitable for the actual teaching situation.Firstly,this paper analyzes the relevant literature,puts forward the research status and research background at home and abroad,and defines the concept of "PBL teaching mode"and "scientific thinking" in core literacy;Furthermore,the text research on the compulsory one of PEP "molecules and cells" and the questionnaire survey on the front-line biology teachers and tutors were carried out to determine the teaching content suitable for "PBL teaching mode" to enhance students' scientific thinking in compulsory one,and the selected content was sorted out according to the 2017 NEW curriculum standards and teachers' books;In practice teaching,two classes with the same level of research objects and the same teacher are selected,and both classes adopt "PBL teaching mode" in practice teaching.The whole research process is roughly divided into three stages:preparation,classroom practice and data collection and analysis;The preparation stage includes the design of pre-test questionnaire and the selection of high school entrance examination results analysis,and the validity and reliability analysis of the pre-test questionnaire.Classroom practice stage includes the teaching design of the selected teaching content,repeated teaching,repeated revision of the teaching plan,summary and analysis.In the stage of data analysis,Excel and spss20.0 are used to analyze the data and scores of the questionnaire survey report of the two classes.In the process of research,it summarizes some matters needing attention in the use of"PBL teaching mode",such as:"PBL teaching mode" is mainly to carry out the classroom with problems,so teachers should have a deep and accurate grasp of the design of problems,and it is best for students to put forward relevant problems in the situation,so as to achieve the most efficient way of learning " PBL teaching mode is not unchangeable,so teachers should fully understand it and properly use it in teaching design;Through practice,it is found that this kind of teaching mode has certain requirements for students' basic level,involves many open activities,and has a certain refinement on teaching time arrangement.The conclusion of this paper is that PBL teaching mode can promote the construction of students' knowledge and effectively improve their scientific thinking level.
