Case Study On Treating The Psychological Trauma Of Urban Poverty-stricken Loss The Only Child Family

The urban poverty-stricken loss the only child family is one of the social vulnerable groups in our society at present.After experiencing the loss of independence would they face many difficulties,of which suffered particularly severe psychological trauma.Compared with ordinary loss the only child families,the urban poverty-stricken loss the only child families are not only suffering from mental problems,but also suffering from material aspects.At the same time,because the special social and cultural background and interpersonal structure of Chinese cities,they also suffer from the dual pressure of cultural background and interpersonal structure.These problems have caused serious psychological trauma to the urban poverty-stricken loss the only child families.Based on the use of interview method and scale method,this paper uses rational emotional behavior therapy,Maslow demand level theory and social support theory to study the current situation of psychological trauma problems of the urban poverty-stricken loss the only child families,and finds that urban poor families have depression,pessimism and self-blame;In order to further study the intervention effect of the case work of urban poverty-stricken loss the only child families,this paper selects a typical case master,transforms cognitive bias from assisting the case owner and improves the mental health of the case master,taps the potential of the case master,improves his production and life skills,improves his economic situation,constructs the social support system of the case master,and enhances his ability to obtain resources.The innovation point of this paper is mainly reflected in: in the past,scholars' research on the urban poverty-stricken loss the only child family mainly focuses on some social problems,while the research on the psychology of the urban poverty-stricken loss the only child family is less.This paper is mainly aimed at the psychological trauma treatment of families who have lost their only child,which provides a new research direction for other studies.At the same time,the rational emotion therapy method,reasonable emotion imagination technology,empty chair technology applied to the psychological trauma treatment of the urban poverty-stricken loss the only child families,which provides a new way to solve the psychological trauma of the urban poverty-stricken loss the only child families.However,since the main case selected in this paper is the urban poverty-stricken and separated families who returned to poverty due to the illness of their child,and the involvement of other types of the urban poor and separated families in social work is not involved,efforts should be made in future research to expand the scope of the research objects and better provide more personalized and adaptable social services for the clients.
