A Case Study Of Social Work Intervention In Adolescent Psychological Trauma

Young people are the future of the country and the hope of the nation,the healthy growth of young people,not only need physical health,but also must have mental health and sound social adaptability.Adolescents in puberty,rapid physical and mental development changes,poor ability to cope with risks,vulnerable to adverse factors,resulting in psychological trauma.In recent years,high school students’ depression,violence and suicide caused by teenagers’ psychological trauma have appeared more and more in the public view.In this study,case-based social work was used to provide services to traumatized adolescents to help them change and grow,and to enhance their ability to adapt to today and face the future,it not only helps to enrich the practice of social work for adolescents,but also provides a unique practical model for other regions to solve the problems of adolescents’ psychological trauma,which has important theoretical value and practical significance.This thesis uses the theory of advantage perspective,using scale,interviews and observation method to study.In the course of investigating the traumatized adolescents in M middle school,it is found that the psychological trauma of adolescents is mainly caused by the contradiction between individual independence consciousness and inner sensitive and fragile emotions,the problems of parent-child communication and family conflict,the problems of opposite sex intercourse and peer friendship,the problems of learning pressure and self-cognition,and the influence of some harmful social temptations,etc.,it is urgent to build a social support network with professional support from families,peer groups,schools and social workers.Based on the above practice,this study will m middle school psychological trauma problem more serious C students as the object of service,and their needs to assess and formulate service plans.Through the case intervention method,five specific services were carried out for clients,and follow-up visits were carried out for nearly two years after the cases were closed.The study found that this set of intervention methods have achieved obvious results,the self-identity and sense of value of the service objects were obviously improved,and the psychological trauma was basically recovered and returned to normal study and life.On the basis of the summary and analysis of the service,to prevent and intervene the psychological trauma of young people,to put forward the corresponding suggestions and strategies: to enhance the parents’ understanding and coping ability to adolescents’ psychological trauma,to use case work to help traumatized adolescents get out of psychological predicament,to strengthen psychological health counseling to help traumatized adolescents’ psychological rehabilitation,to create a harmonious campus environment conducive to adolescents’ psychological development,and to advocate the social ethos of attaching importance to caring for adolescents’ psychological problems.
