Abstract/Summary:
Purposes: In recent years,the physical health of Chinese students has continued to decline.It is accompanied by the lack of responsibility caused by mental health problems,which has caused widespread concern in the society.The physical health curriculum offered by colleges and universities is the main way for college students to exercise and improve their physical fitness.Based on this,this study compares the influence of cultural genes of different sports on the social responsibility of college students,and provides theoretical support for the promotion of social responsibility of college students.Research method: This paper compares the differences between the four different sports of martial arts,football,tennis and aerobics on the social responsibility of college students from the perspective of cultural genes,with four universities in Beijing,Shanghai,Tianjin and Chongqing.800 college students were selected for the survey,using questionnaires,analysis of variance and other methods.Research results:(1)Among the four sports,the martial arts program has the highest score of social responsibility,followed by football,tennis and aerobics.(2)Among the three dimensions of college students’ social responsibility,aerobics and tennis items scored the highest in the material dimension,martial arts items scored the highest in the cultural dimension,and football items scored the highest in the group dimension.Research conclusions:(1)The cultural genes of martial arts,tennis,football and aerobics have a significant effect on improving the social responsibility of college students.The martial arts project has the best effect.The rest are: football,tennis,aerobics;martial arts It has the greatest effect on improving the cultural dimension of college students’ social responsibility.The football project has the greatest effect on improving the social responsibility group dimension of college students.The aerobics program has the greatest effect on improving the material dimension of college students’ social responsibility.(2)Colleges and universities should increase the propaganda work of different sports,reduce the imbalance of male and female participation,to enhance the participation of college students’ sports;enhance the fun of the curriculum,create more communication opportunities,and effectively enhance their The social responsibility of students in elective classes;encourage students not to blindly choose courses,relieve students’ prejudice caused by personal misunderstanding of sports,develop students’ subjective initiative,and encourage students to develop innovatively.(3)College physical education teachers should strengthen the cultural connotation of the projects they teach,understand the cultural genes of their projects,strengthen the theoretical level of physical education teachers in colleges and universities;change the traditional teaching mode,change the teaching mode,start from the students themselves,in the elective course Efforts should be made to improve the level of motor skills and improve the level of sports;use the collective nature of the project to guide students to increase their self-awareness in the collective through training,and assume their own responsibilities in the collective;For the main body,the teacher should carry out differentiated teaching according to the students’ own situation and adjust the teaching content.Cultivating students’ lifelong sports habits and college students’ moral education work will help to enhance the social responsibility of college students and promote their socialization as soon as possible.
