The 18 th CPC National Congress to realize the "two one hundred years’ goals", "C hinese cast beautiful dream". "C hinese dream" is not only the great rejuvenation of the C hinese nation, but the sum C hinese dream. How to realize the prosperous, democratic and civilized and harmonious modern socialist country, need every C hinese efforts. College students as an important social groups, who have knowledge and dream, burdened with the prosperity of the country’s historical mission of national renaissance. How to make students in the growing information society not to lose themselves, always keep a heart for the national society dedication, worth every individual attention. Therefore, under the information age study on the culture of social responsibility is particularly necessary.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly for the appropriate instructions for the background and significance of topics, research both at home and abroad to carry out certain analysis of the status quo, and research ideas, methods and possible innovation points in this paper are analyzed, finally the basic research question in the introduction and description. The second part mainly for the related concept of interpretation. To define and clarify the connotation of historical origin and characteristics of information society, the college students’ social responsibility concept, at the end of the study of the interpretation of the meaning of social responsibility of college students. The third part mainly carries on the pathological analysis aiming at the lack of social responsibility of college students. From the multi- information environment, self-centered spread, virtualization information space, the flow of information and network media interactive effects of five aspects of analysis. The fourth part mainly aims at the students’ lack of social responsibility to put forward corresponding strategies, in accordance with the social responsibility form different process mechanism, attempts from the social responsibility cognition, emotion, will and practice different angles to explore methods of the social responsibility training, further to explore the "mutual cooperation of four in one" training mode.The last part is the conclusion, aiming at the deficiency and limitation analysis, and puts forward corresponding prospect.
