Overseas Chinese education is booming.Every year,a large number of Chinese teachers go overseas to teach Chinese.Because of the selection requirements of Chinese volunteers,novice teachers are the main force among volunteer teachers.Although novice teachers will be trained in pedagogy and interpersonal processing before sending out,novice teachers are rarely trained in classroom management methods.This has led many novice teachers to suffer from classroom management during the initial teaching.In fact,classroom management is an important part of classroom teaching and an important guarantee for the completion of classroom goals.Therefore,this paper chooses to analyze the classroom management cases experienced by novice teachers in Nepal and explore the corresponding solutions.Based on the author’s 11 months of teaching experience in Nepal,this article combines the local conditions of Nepal,sums up the problems that novice teachers are likely to encounter in teaching,and consults the literature and participation.Classroom management methods,explore ways to solve these problems,and propose practical solutions based on your own experience.This paper summarizes the four aspects of classroom discipline,classroom atmosphere,classroom progress,and teaching environment.A total of twelve cases are analyzed.It is found that Chinese classroom rules,teachers’ teaching ability,students’ learning attitude,students’ psychological development degree,and Chinese teaching conditions affect students’ enthusiasm for learning,and ultimately affect the classroom management of teachers.According to various problems in classroom management,this paper proposes solutions from four aspects:(1)formulating effective classroom rules;(2)improving teachers’ teaching ability;and(3)cultivating students’ interest in Chinese(4)The school communicates.I hope that the research in this paper can help the novice teachers who want to embark on the path of Chinese teachers in the future,and enrich the case reserve of the case management case in Nepal. |
