On the basis of literature analysis,this paper mainly analyzes the current situation,problems and causes of the use of volunteer teachers' classroom management language through classroom observation,questionnaire survey,interview and qualitative research.Finally,based on the practical conditions of Mongolian Chinese teaching,it puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the effectiveness,rationality and appropriateness of classroom management language.The thesis is mainly divided into five parts.The first chapter is the reason and significance of the topic selection.The second chapter summarizes the relevant literature.The third chapter summarizes and analyzes the prominent problems existing in the use of classroom management for Chinese teachers through the observation of Chinese classrooms in primary and secondary schools in Mongolia.For example,the management language is single,boring,out of control,and difficult to achieve the desired results.The fourth chapter deeply explores the deep-seated reasons for the problems of classroom management language through questionnaires and interviews.The fifth chapter combines the actual conditions of Mongolian Chinese schools to provide new ideas for teachers to solve classroom management problems and new methods to improve classroom management efficiency and teaching quality.
