With the advent of “Internet+ area”,“Internet+Education” strategy poses a challenge to traditional education teaching,meanwhile,it provides an opportunity for the development of remote online teaching,which is greatly promoted the education transformation.Virtual Learning Community as an outcome of remote online learning,offers possibilities for lifelong learning?inquire knowledge without the limitation of time and space and autonomous learning,also it sets up a whole new learning environment and resource sharing space.In the virtual learning community the emotion of love?attachment and belongings springing from learners is the soul of this community,plays a significant role in maintaining the sustainable development of the community.Learners' sense of belonging can foster harmonious community relationship and to a great extent to promote the further development of learners themselves.The sense of belonging of learners can promote the harmonious and harmonious community relations among members of the community,and can better realize the teaching purpose of the community.In this paper,a large number of reading materials are used to define the sense of belonging of learners in virtual learning community.Then the paper based on relevant theoretical basis as the community psychology ecosystem,from themselves?micro angles?medium angles and macro angles puts forward the factors that influence the sense of belonging of learners in community,which are learners' feature?members interaction?community relationship and community satisfaction.The method of statistical analysis by questionnaire survey is used to collect and analyze data in strict accordance with the paradigm of empirical analysis.Through the literature analysis and interview method,the author puts forward the research hypothesis of learners' belonging influence factors in the virtual learning community,and constructs the initial model.Prepare questionnaire referring to relevant scale,and take a platform with the course of “learning science and technology”in QuFu normal university,by the questionnaire on the undergraduates of going to university in 2014 or 2015.After the report,the data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 and AMOS21.0 to descriptive analysis?validity and reliability analysis?correlation analysis and regression analysis.The structure equation model is evaluated and corrected by significance test and hypothesis testing of path coefficient.Finally arrived at conclusion that learners' feature impacts sense of belonging by the intervening variable called members interaction and community relationship,which is basis factor;members interaction affects community satisfaction and positive impacts sense of belonging,which is promoting factor;community relationship influences members interaction and positive impacts sense of belonging,which is determining factor;community satisfaction mainly impresses the sense of belonging,which is guaranteeing factor.Lastly,sum up the influence weight of learners' sense of belonging,from the level of learners' feature ?members' interaction?community relationship and community satisfaction to propose advice to enhance learners' sense of belonging.
