Zhou Ji is the means of writing teaching,and it is the way students practice writing once a week.Zhou Ji is prone to emotional roughness,poor readability,negative coping and other problems.This paper takes the Zhou Ji incentive model of senior high school students as the research content,uses the literature research method,the chart method and the case analysis method to carry on the research,tries to propose the countermeasure to solve these problems from the incentive angle.This paper discusses the incentive mode of high school students' weekly records from two aspects: teachers and schools,in order to make students accumulate writing materials,stimulate writing desire,improve writing level and Chinese literacy.The thesis is divided into five parts:The introduction mainly discusses the origin,significance,present situation and methods of this research.The first chapter is a brief description of Zhou Ji's concept and category,summarizes Zhou Ji's writing function,educational function,adjustment function and so on,and puts forward the incentive mode of Zhou Ji for high school students in combination with the problems that Zhou Ji is prone to appear,the evaluation suggestions of curriculum standards and the incentive theory,which lays the foundation for the writing work of teachers and school incentive mode in later writing.The second chapter aims to explore the teacher motivation model of high school students' weekly notes.From Zhou Ji's comments,evaluation and print collection to the students emotional motivation,goal motivation,honor motivation and other incentive models,to urge students to actively complete the Zhou Ji,constantly create excellent text.The third chapter focuses on the school incentive model.The school actively creates the conditions and mobilizes the resources,uses the broadcast,the school journal and so on carrier to carry on the soundtrack recitation to the student's weekly record,and adopts the competition,the collection work,the external publication and the WeChat public number recommendation draft to carry on the competition incentive,the example incentive and the honor incentive to the student,lets the student discover the writing value,feels the Zhou Ji brings the achievement and the satisfaction.Finally,the conclusion calls on teachers to train students in sequence,not only to give guidance in writing skills,but also to give full play to the function of motivation.
