A. Study On The Intervention Mode Of Professional Social Work In Rural Disabled People

Disabled people have been regarded as an important part of the vulnerable groups in society, in China, more than half of the disabled people from rural areas.For rural people with disabilities,physical defect as well as the living space and development opportunities of the poor will put them into the dual weak environment, without intervention, disabled persons in rural areas is difficult to improve the ability of self through their own quality of life.In recent years, with the construction and development of the professional social work in our country, the social worker has become one of the main core services for disabled people in rural area, professional social work involvement, help to improve the effectiveness and professional services for disabled people in rural area,to meet the rural disabled people's survival and development needs,promote the rural disabled self construction, has a positive impact on national stability and social development.In this paper, the project of disabled people in Wuhan Boya social work service center as the basis, through the introduction and analysis of the practical experience of introducing professional social work to the disabled in the D community ,discusses the professional social work in aid of the rural disabled feasible path method and skills.The D community visits and research, found that the survival status of disabled persons in rural areas is not optimistic, because of the imperfect social security system, low level of social welfare can not meet the basic needs of life of people with disabilities in rural areas, in addition to the economic difficulties of the rehabilitation, education, life,disabled persons in rural areas still exist in marriage, family relationship psychological,employment, entertainment, and other aspects of the problem.The service subject, service object, intervention path is the basic elements of social work to participate in social services ,accordingly, studies suggest that people with disabilities in rural areas of social work intervention should focus on these three aspects to promote and construct the aid system:First of all, in the construction of service subject, social workers and disabled full-time members can form complementary cooperation, make full use of resources, the integration of the CDPF, village, mining college volunteer groups, and each group of staff called on the parties to jointly participate in the service of rural disabled people;Secondly, in the construction of service object, professional social workers will not only focus on the services for disabled people in rural areas, will also disabled rural families are also included in the scope of services, to provide professional services for the disabled in rural areas, making services more comprehensive;Finally,in the construction of interventional pathway system, in the way the macro system construction, the implementation of government procurement of professional social work services, middle construction of rural disabled support network, a micro case group both ensure professional and effective intervention of professional social work services for disabled people in rural area.
