College Students' Cultivation Of Political Quality Pointing To Political Identity In The New Era

The construction of political democracy is closely related to the political quality of citizens.As citizens of a socialist country,especially college students in a new era,who are creative youth the new era and designers and builders of China's future,need to have good political quality.Our party is aimed of cultivating a group of young people who have strong political identification for achievements that shine through the ages of Chinese nationality.In this sense,it is very significant to cultivate college students to have excellent political quality,which is consistent with the goal of political identification in contemporary China.The process of cultivating political quality is equal to the process of constructing political identity,and finally settle on the process of constructing political identity.Starting from the theory of political identity and the cultivation of political quality,this paper takes political identity as the target of the cultivation of political quality of college students,and clarifies the content and necessity of the cultivation of political quality of college students in the new era.And this paper analyze targets of construction of China's political identification in new era from the perspective of the unity of history and reality,and provide the cultivation of college students' political quality with the basic theory.Political quality is the most important quality,and its content is rich,including political knowledge,political psychology,political values,political quality,and political ability.This article refers to relevant survey data.On the one hand,it is certain that the general condition of college students' political quality is good,and basically in line with the political identity of the target requirements,which is manifested by a good political knowledge base,political psychology tends to mature,values are generally positive and healthy,and political quality is generally high;The problems of college students' political quality are manifested as problems such as inadequate grasp of political knowledge,poor political participation consciousness,insufficient political conviction,political motivation driven by interests,and lack of political ability.At the same time,it analyzes the reasons for the problems from the social environment,college education,family atmosphere and college students 'self,and provides breakthrough and focus points for the cultivation of young college students' political quality.In the new era,the construction of the cultivation system of college students' political quality is a complex project,which needs to take the political identity as the target orientation,and work together from multiple levels,fields and angles to realizethe transformation from the inside out,from emotion to theory,to belief,and then to behavior.The key to deepen the political cognition of college students and realize the theoretical recognition lies in innovating the ideological and political education in colleges and universities and strengthening the integration and persuasion of ideological and political education.The key to nourish college students' political emotion and realize their emotional identification lies in creating a good educational environment of campus,family and social politics.To temper the political belief of college students and realize the belief identification lies in the self-education of college students.Finally,to optimize the political behavior of college students and to realize behavior identification lies in perfecting the platform,feedback and normative mechanism of political participation of college students and strengthening the construction of democratic politics.The structure of the article is composed of contents above,which provides the endogenous power for political quality of college students in the new era,and provides an effective reference for college students to promote the process of political identity in China.
