With the continuous deepening of globalization and informatization in today's world,while society and families are paying more and more attention to children's education,the physical and mental health of students has also become a hot spot of concern.According to the survey,the continuous improvement of the educational ability of modern society and the solution of students' mental health problems have not formed a virtuous circle.In the middle school stage,the problems of mental health have troubled individuals,families and schools.Internet addiction,depression,autism,anorexia,obesity,mania,hyperactivity and other psychological or physical problems are emerging one after another,causing serious problems for schools and families.The rapid changes in society have had a huge external impact on the growth environment,lifestyle,and ideas of middle school students.As a result,some students are unable to adjust their mental state in time when responding to this change;Development itself is extremely unstable and uncontrollable.How to properly adjust,ease and mitigate the mental health problems of middle school students poses more severe challenges to our school education and family education.Music therapy is a new psychological intervention method in the 20 th century.It uses music,a common human language,to play an important role in psychological intervention.As one of the more convenient and effective treatments,singing therapy is quite influential in the practice of music therapy.But so far,mental health interventions with music therapy as the main method in school education are still in the initial stage of promotion,and the advantages of singing therapy cannot be widely adopted and applied.This article introduces the origin of singing therapy,takes the relationship between singing therapy and the promotion of mental health of middle school students as the starting point,takes the literature research method as the main research method,focuses on analyzing relevant literature and reliable cases,clarifies the development history of singing therapy and shows singing The effect of treatment methods;try to use the effect mechanism of singing therapy on the mental health of middle school students as a breakthrough,to explore the positive effects of singing therapy on the physical and mental health of middle school students,and to prove its role in promoting the development of middle school students' mental health;Psychological characteristics,explore the advantages of singing therapy over other treatments,and discuss how to better use and promote this method in clinical practice;the author also hopes that through this research,it can enrich the field of music education and music therapy Theory and provide objective results and information for research in the field of music education and music therapy.The article is divided into six parts: the introduction discusses the reasons for the topic selection,research purpose and research significance of this paper,and briefly introduces the research methods and research status of this article;the first chapter briefly describes the "music therapy" of each country "Doctrine,and compare the development gap of music therapy methods at home and abroad;Chapter II discusses the source and definition of singing therapy,from the psychological and physiological aspects of the treatment mechanism of singing therapy,singing therapy can stimulate the body's enkephalin and dopamine The secretion and their application mechanism in psychology and physiology are sorted out;Chapter III discusses the psychological development characteristics of middle school students in more detail,and analyzes the reasons for the psychological problems caused by the differentiation standards of the body image of middle school students;Chapter IV Analyze the positive effects of singing therapy on the mental health of middle school students,focusing on the mechanism research of various methods of singing therapy,and elaborating its positive impact on the mental health of middle school students from the aspects of singing methods,means,content,etc.The promotion of mental health of middle school students,and proposed by writing this A little perspective views of the paper obtained.Education is an important factor influencing people's psychological development.In all stages of students' psychological development,education can play a role of orientation,acceleration and reinforcement.The middle school stage is a transitional stage between children and adults,and the solution of their mental health problems is closely related to the comprehensive and healthy development of middle school students.In the education method,the music medium that can directly affect the spiritual level of students should be explored and used in a more in-depth manner,so that the combination of singing therapy and music lessons can be combined to achieve the goal of positively guiding the mental health of middle school students.
