| Receptive music therapy is one of the mostly commonly used therapies in the field of musical treatment,which covers a very broad applied range and stresses the treatment experience focusing on listening.In receptive music therapy,the two intervention means including progressive muscle relaxation training and leading musical imagination are often used in pressure relief,emotional guidance and relaxation experience,both of which are easy to operate with significant effect."Learning stress" is a common issue faced by middle school students nowadays.As an integrated and dispersive pressure source,“learning stress"penetrates in every aspect of students’ academic activities,which has huge negative effects on their life.Through two months’ internship in Zibo Middle School,based on a sufficient understanding of the school’s teaching situation,I conducted a questionnaire survey on students’learning stress.After a full analysis of the questionnaires,I found that learning stress had a profound negative influence on students’ learning pressure.Combining progressive muscle relaxation training and leading musical imagination in receptive music therapy into the music relaxation experience course,and introducing it to the music class,I hope to relieve the negative emotions and pressure caused by“learning stress" to middle school students.This paper is composed of an introduction part of three chapters.The introduction illustrates the cause of selecting the topic,conception definition and research methodology.In the first part,it is an overview about the introduction of receptive music therapy to middle school students’ music class,which includes an introduction of receptive music therapy,a survey on the students’learning stress in Zibo Middle School,and the rationality of introducing receptive music therapy to the music class of middle schools.The second part is about the teaching practice of receptive music therapy in the music class of middle schools,including data collection,teaching preparations,course implementation,feedback adjustment and result analysis.I tried to conduct a strict statistical analysis of the data from five aspects and formed a complete course experience mode that could be implemented repeatedly.The third part is about reflection and suggestions,which includes my reflection on the implementation process and results,as well as suggestions on further promotion of music therapy in middle schools. |
