With the introduction of the new curriculum standards for history in ordinary senior high schools in the mainland and the promotion and use of the "unified edition" of senior high school history textbooks compiled under the guidance of the new curriculum standards,the use of the new senior high school history textbooks specially compiled and published for Macau by people's education publishing house and the institute of curriculum materials provides elements and directions for the research of this paper.Together with the mainland's new college entrance examination reform proposal,has improved the historical discipline status.On this basis,this paper makes a comparative study of the history textbooks of the two places.First,from the perspective of textbook compilation,some suggestions are put forward for the compilation and use of history textbooks in the two places.Second,through a comparative study of the history textbooks of high schools in the two places,the ideological embodiment of the implementation of one country,two systems in the history textbooks of high schools in the two places provides new ideas and new methods for history teaching in terms of textbooks,practice and theory.This paper takes the Chinese history textbook of the "unified edition" of the mainland and the "people's education edition" of Macau as the comparison object,and mainly makes a comparison from four aspects,hoping to contribute to the development of history education in the two places.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is to define and explain the concepts of textbook and textbook system,and analyze the selection of textbook system in the two places.The second part mainly analyzes and compares the textbook structure and puts forward relevant suggestions.The third part compares some contents of the textbooks in the two places to show their respective advantages and development.The fourth part analyzes its embodiment in textbooks from the perspective of "one country,two systems",especially in the "people's education edition" of Macau.
