Campus bullying is a very common group phenomenon in primary and secondary schools.Students who play various roles in bullying will be negatively affected to varying degrees.Studies have shown that both mindfulness training and non-mindfulness-oriented group counseling can effectively reduce students’ negative behaviors in bullying.This study attempts to understand the current situation of bullying role behaviors of Chongqing junior high school students by using the role behavior scale of bullying participants in junior high school students,and then establish a mindfulness intervention program and a non-mindfulness-oriented group counseling program for bullying role behaviors of junior high school students,respectively.Provide experience to ensure the physical and mental health of students.This study uses questionnaire survey,mindfulness intervention,group counseling and other methods to study the behavior of bullying on the campus of Chongqing junior high school students.The study includes three parts: research on the revision of a pair of junior high school students’ role behavior scale of bullying participants,which has laid a good foundation for subsequent research.Basis;Study 2 uses the revised junior high school student bullying participant role behavior scale to investigate 922 junior high school students,and explores the differences of Chongqing’s junior high school student bullying role behavior among demographic variables;Study 3,randomly sets three classes It is designated as a control class,a mindfulness intervention class,and a non-mindfulness-oriented group counseling class.The two experimental classes will be intervened for 8 weeks,without any treatment for the control class.The role behavior scale of bullying participants of junior high school students was measured before intervention,after intervention,and after 3 months of intervention.This study found:(1)The revised junior high school student bullying participant role behavior scale has a total of 40 items,including the five dimensions of bully,helper,bullied person,protector,and outsider.The behavior of each character in.(2)There are significant differences in the behavior of bullies among junior high school students in Chongqing among grades,genders,and whether or not they are class cadres.Among them,junior two students were significantly more than junior and junior students;boys scored significantly higher than girls;non-class cadres reported more bullying behaviors than class cadres.There are significant differences in the behavior of bullies among Chongqing junior high school students in terms of gender and whether they are only children.Among them,boys score significantly higher than girls;only children are significantly more than non-only children.(3)There are significant differences in gender between the helper behaviors of junior high school students in Chongqing,and boys are significantly higher than girls.There are significant differences in the behavior of protectors in Chongqing junior high school students between class cadres,and class cadres are significantly more than non-class cadres.There are significant differences in the behavior of outsiders in Chongqing junior high school students in grades and genders.Among them,the second grade students are significantly higher than the first grade students;boys are significantly more than girls.(4)Mindfulness intervention and non-mindfulness-oriented group counseling significantly reduced the behavior of bullies and bullies of junior high school students.In addition,non-mindfulness-oriented group counseling also significantly reduced outsider behavior.Eventually,it was found that the continuous effect of mindfulness intervention is better than that of non-mindfulness orientation.Group counseling.
