Research On The School Support For The Teaching Wisdom Development Of Junior Middle School "Small Subject" Teachers

With the rapid development of today’s society,people pay more and more attention to the development of middle school education and pay more and more attention to students’ teaching achievements.Under this background,it is urgent for middle school teachers in the new era to improve their professional level and accumulate rich teaching wisdom.However,the majority of middle schools in China attach great importance to the construction of non-linguistic subjects and the cultivation of teachers,while ignoring the growth of teaching wisdom of "minor subjects",which leads to the inequality of teaching resources in schools and makes it difficult to ensure the benign and balanced development of school teams.This paper first collates the relevant research at home and abroad and defines the concepts of teacher teaching wisdom and school support.Secondly,two geography teachers from W Junior high School in G District,Guiyang city were selected as case study objects by case method and interview method.Combined with the interview contents of eight teachers,the teaching wisdom growth status and school support status of junior high school "minor subject" teachers were analyzed.Finally,the paper puts forward the school support strategy for the teaching wisdom growth of junior middle school "minor subject" teachers.The results show that there are few professional training opportunities for junior middle school teachers of "minor subjects" and the training system lacks fairness.The school research and study system cannot meet the needs of the growth of teachers of "minor subjects";There are few educational and scientific research opportunities for teachers of "minor subjects",and the financial support cannot be guaranteed.Therefore,the author puts forward school support strategies to promote the teaching wisdom growth of junior middle school "minor subject" teachers from five aspects: perfecting system support,increasing conditions support,enriching activities support,strengthening culture support and attaching importance to management support.
