| Geography classroom discipline management is related to the teaching effect of geography teachers,but also relates to the students’ classroom learning effect.With the progress of the times,the growth environment for junior high school students has undergone tremendous changes.Under the new circumstance,the study of disciplinary management of geography classroom in junior middle school can help geography teachers know students more clearly,grasp the learning situation and put forward targeted and practicable junior middle school geography disciplinary management strategies for new teachers or serving teachers,strengthen junior middle school geography classroom discipline management and improve junior high school geography classroom teaching efficiency;On the other hand,to a certain extent,it enriches the theoretical knowledge of junior middle school geography classroom discipline management and provides theoretical support for the classroom management of junior middle school geography teaching,at the same time,it helps to improve and apply the disciplinary management strategy of geography classroom and promote the discipline management of geography classroom further development.This article investigates the present situation of disciplinary management in geography classroom of junior middle school through literature analysis,interview investigation and questionnaire survey,Based on the data analysis of the survey results,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems from the perspectives of students,teachers,families,schools and the society,and on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the reasons,this paper discusses the strategies of discipline management in geography classrooms of junior middle schools based on specific cases and educational experiments.For student factors:guide students to correctly understand themselves;strengthen disciplinary awareness and develop self-management skills;focus on student needs and focus on physical and mental health;For the teacher factor:to guide students to correct their learning attitude and correctly understand the geography discipline;according to the actual situation of the class,establish a geography classroom discipline management system;accumulate management experience,clever use of classroom disciplinary management methods;use a variety of teaching methods to stimulate geography learning interests;Also for the family,school,community and other factors also made reasonable suggestions.The results show that there are many problems in junior middle school geography classroom discipline management,and these problems are often caused by multiple factors.Therefore,in junior high school geography classroom discipline management,we must first analyze the causes from different angles,and then synthesize the reasons of all aspects to form the overall understanding,finally,we should look for countermeasures from many aspects to form the joint force of education and strive for the maximization of the efficiency and effectiveness of discipline management in the geography classroom. |
