Reading teaching is the most important part of teaching,and it is also an important support to improve the quality of Chinese teaching and students' Chinese literacy.How to improve the quality of reading teaching has become a major task for Chinese teachers.Since teaching,the author found that the school students' Chinese foundation is weak,reading comprehension ability is poor,reading accumulation is little,and the individual gap of reading level is obvious.The traditional explanation mode of teachers in the Chinese reading teaching classroom is single,and they do not pay enough attention to the different needs of students for learning.The classroom atmosphere is dull.The traditional "one size fits all" and "step by step" reading teaching mode can not meet the requirements of school learning situation and new curriculum reform,which is not conducive to the improvement of students' reading level.Teachers need to choose appropriate teaching methods that can improve students' reading ability.Layered teaching is based on people-oriented,advocating that teaching should reflect the main position of students,aiming at the differences between students in intelligence and non intelligence factors,promoting students to get the greatest improvement in the existing knowledge level,reflecting the new curriculum concept of individualized teaching.Based on the above factors,this paper will apply layered teaching to junior middle school Chinese reading teaching and Research on it.First of all,this paper studies the related theories of layered teaching,and explains the necessity of layered teaching in junior middle school Chinese reading teaching through literature review and literature survey.Through the summary of the relevant survey results and literature,the feasibility of layered teaching in junior middle school Chinese reading teaching is clarified,and on this basis,the layered teaching is relatively detailed understood,and the implementation methods oflayered teaching are summarized in detail.The second aspect is the practical research.Through the measurement of the stratified teaching plan of the students in the first(6)year of junior high school who are taught by the author in the teaching of Chinese reading,and through the form of "reading achievement tracking" and "personal reading files",combined with the analysis of data statistics,the paper demonstrates that the layered teaching has obvious teaching effect in the actual implementation process;the third aspect is the strategy From the perspective of practical teaching,this paper makes a brief study of the strategies and specific implementation plans of layered teaching in junior middle school Chinese reading teaching.Layered teaching should take the factors of students' Chinese foundation,reading status and learning potential as the reference of layered teaching.Teachers should have a comprehensive,objective and accurate understanding of students' reading level.Teachers need to constantly improve teaching quality,be able to skillfully use modern teaching methods to carry out Chinese reading teaching,enrich students' learning content and learning experience,and adopt flexible teaching methods Teaching methods,such as using the form of group discussion in the stratified reading class,improve the efficiency of the classroom,mobilize the enthusiasm of students' learning;the content carrier of teaching can not only be limited to textbooks,but also need to extend to extracurricular reading.
