The object of the language course is all students,which are oriented towards the whole,so that each student can develop in a personalized way.Since the new curriculum reform,Chinese teaching has paid more and more attention to students' differences.It requires teachers to discover differences in students' knowledge and abilities and advocate teaching according to their aptitude.Writing teaching is an important part of Chinese teaching in junior middle schools.The actual teaching situation is not satisfactory.The teaching method of "one size fits all" and "step by step" under the traditional class teaching system has obviously failed to pay attention to the individual differences of the students,and the layered teaching accords with the new curriculum standard "to promote the students to be all-round and individualistic." Development requirements.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the application of hierarchical teaching mode in junior middle school Chinese writing teaching.Hierarchical teaching mode is to adapt to the individual characteristics and differences of students,so that students of different levels can get appropriate education,and get the maximum development.The research object selected in this paper is the students of two parallel classes in the first grade of junior high school in Z middle school,and the experiment is carried out for one semester.This paper mainly studies the following four questions: first,what is the effect of the hierarchical teaching model on the improvement of students' writing enthusiasm? Second,can the layered teaching model improve students' writing level? Third,can the layered teaching model improve students' learning form? Fourth,can the layered teaching model enhance the interaction between teachers and students?This study uses EXCEL and SPSS21.0 statistical software to analyze and discuss the Chinese test data and questionnaire before and after the experiment.The results are as follows: first,the implementation of the hierarchical teaching model of writing has changed the traditional teaching environment.It plays an active role in the classroom atmosphere,and then improves the students' enthusiasm for writing in an all-round way.Secondly,the experimental data show that the students' writing level has been generally improved,and their ability to examine questions,express their language,select materials and so on has been continuously improved.Third,the learning form of the students has been improved,and the layered teaching hasenhanced the cooperation and communication among the groups and formed mutual help and mutual help.Assisted writing environment,teachers' hierarchical guidance also effectively solved the needs of different students,teaching in accordance with their aptitude.Fourth,the teaching of hierarchical writing promotes the effective interaction between teachers and students.The students at every level will be concerned by teachers,and the students' participation in classroom will be improved obviously.In addition,in view of the problems found in this study,the following suggestions for improvement are put forward: first,teachers need to constantly improve their own literacy,hierarchical teaching requires very high requirements for teachers,not only should there be solid professional knowledge,It is also necessary to apply the relevant theories of psychology to teaching practice.Second,in the process of implementing layered teaching mode,we should pay attention to students' understanding of stratification in time,and the change of students' cognition will directly affect the teaching effect.Therefore,teachers need to carefully observe the students' state.Thirdly,in the hierarchical teaching of writing,we should grasp the teaching goal and teaching process stratification,which is the key to the implementation of layered teaching mode.Fourth,adhere to a variety of The way of evaluation is parallel to guide students to correctly understand the misunderstanding of "textual criticism",and to explore the influence and significance of Chinese learning on students' life.
