Research On The Dynamic Mechanism Of College Students' Volunteer Travel

Voluntary tourism is a new type of tourism that has been developed in the tourism industry.It started in the early 20 th century and has gradually developed since then.There are many research results related to volunteering abroad and the research covers a wide range.However,domestic tourism scientists have not given enough attention to this area.Scientists have not paid much attention to volunteer tourism,and there is little research on volunteer tourism.This study does a research analysis on the following three questions:(1)Which group should we focus on encouraging to participate in volunteer tourism?(2)What motivated this group to be willing to participate in volunteer tourism?(3)What kind of motivation mechanism is established to promote the development of volunteer tourism?Under the guidance of these questions,this study combines data collection methods such as questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews.A total of 216 valid questionnaires were collected.In-depth interviews were conducted with 10 volunteer students.SPSS19.0 and The Baidu Index Search Method analyzes data and analyzes interview material using qualitative methods such as content analysis and topic analysis.The article Based on the research results of domestic and foreign volunteer tourism,this article clarifies the development status of domestic and foreign volunteer tourism,as well as its potential and development space,After analysing and sorting according to the literature,a specific definition of volunteer tourism is given,namely,volunteer tourism includes the voluntary behavior of tourists,as well as the tourism behavior of volunteers.Then The Baidu index method is used to clarify the reasons for selecting college students as the research object of this study.Collecting relevant data through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview.The data of questionnaire survey uses SPSS19.0 to analyze and sort,after analysis and analysis,we can get the four factors of college students' motivation to participate in volunteer tourism.Factor 1 is the "cognition and behavior" factor,factor 2 is the "self-sublimation" factor,factor 3 is the "self-acquisition" factor,factor 4 is the "Subjective and objective stress" factor.Factor 1 and 2 are summarized as "internaldriving" factor,factor 3 and 4 are summarized as "external drive" factors.Then analyze the interview materials through qualitative research methods such as content analysis and theme analysis,and find the changes before and after college students participate in volunteer tourism through reflection and understanding of self and society,so as to extract the motivation to participate in volunteer tourism.Finally,the relevant factors that affect the participation of university students in volunteer tourism are analyzed.Based on the four factors obtained,an in-depth analysis is carried out to find that the first factor is the internal driving factor,including emerging tourism methods,the satisfaction of social needs and the demand for knowledge;the second factor is an external driving factor,including socioeconomic promotion,respect for satisfaction of needs,attraction of culture and special events,policy encouragement and self-actualization needs;the third factor is variability factor,including access to information,time and money,volunteer travel activity mechanism and volunteer travel participation tendency.Three factors interact to jointly promote the development of volunteer tourism,and a simple factor model is established.According to the subdivision of three factors and in-depth analysis,the dynamic mechanism of college student volunteer tourism is finally constructed.Namely,After the integration of volunteers and tourism,through internal motivation to promote the development of both to volunteer tourism activities,and then through the five external motivations of social and economic development,the attraction of cultural festivals,the encouragement of policies and systems,all parties to identify and realize themselves Promote and promote the management and development of volunteer tourism,and finally change the four variability factors of information channels,time and money,organizational mechanism and participation tendency,and turn it into a positive development momentum to promote volunteer tourism.Establishing an effective volunteer tourism motivation mechanism can better promote the development of volunteer tourism,an emerging tourism method,and can have a good reference for its management system.
