Research On College Students To Participate In Volunteer Service Motivation

With the development of social economy,more and more people enter into the team of volunteer service,university student volunteers plays an important role in advancing civilization,maintaining social stability,especially in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games successfully held,volunteer workers play an important role,and college students who act as the core and the pillar of volunteer service team began to highlight.This study based on the basis of learning and using for reference of existing research results,by country and Chongqing on volunteer service relevant documents as the instruction,and according to volunteer motivation theory of "self motivation","interpersonal motivation" and "mass motivation","practical motivation" four dimensions as the dependent variable,to individuals,society,colleges and universities and the family four factors as independent variables,through the single factor analysis of variance,this paper discusses the influence of Chongqing university students participate in volunteer service related factors and internal relations,and uses the multiple regression analysis method to explore the volunteer motivation influence on college students and continue to participate in volunteer service,on the basis of this puts forward the relevant countermeasures to further strengthen the management of college student volunteers.Chapter 1,introduction.Mainly expounds the Chongqing university students to participate in volunteer service motivation research origin,significance,the domestic and foreign research results,the definition of relevant concept and theoretical basis,and the research train of thought,method and innovation.Chapter 2,Chongqing college students participate in volunteer service motivation survey.Mainly based on the theory of achievement motivation and maslow's hierarchy of needs from "self motivation","interpersonal motivation" and "mass motivation","practical motivation" fourdimensions survey of college students to participate in volunteer service motivation in Chongqing.Chapter 3,the influence factors of college students participate in volunteer service motive analysis in Chongqing.Through factor analysis to classify volunteer motivation.Through single factor variance analysis of the dependent variable and independent variable data,this paper discusses the influence of Chongqing university students participate in volunteer service motive factors and internal relations.Chapter 4,the influence of volunteer motivation for college students to continue to participate in volunteer service research.Using multivariate analysis method to explore the Chongqing university students to participate in volunteer service motivation to continue to participate in volunteer service.Chapter 5,the countermeasures of improving the volunteer service to participate in the enthusiasm of university students thinking.From society,university,family and individual four aspects put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Chapter6,conclusion.Mainly expounds the research result of relevant conclusions.
