| The world’s science and technology are advancing by leaps and bounds,and the competition for national power is becoming increasingly fierce.The issue of teacher development has always received attention.Teachers are fundamental to education.As the main force of elementary education,It is an inevitable requirement that primary and secondary school teachers become an "expert" and "research" teacher to promote the professional development of teachers.Primary and secondary school teachers’ educational research is an important way to promote the transition to the role of "research-oriented" teachers.It is the key to success of education reform and the basis for improving education quality.At present,researches on the status quo of education and scientific research literacy of teachers in primary and secondary school have been in full swing,most of them are based on the current situation of teachers’ education and scientific research in a certain area to conduct research on problems and countermeasures.It can not only provide theoretical basis and practical support for the investigation of the Educational Research Literacy level of teachers,but also provide a reference for the construction of education and scientific research literacy training system for teachers.This thesis adopts a research idea that combines theory with practice,and proposes and validates a model for the educational and scientific literacy of teachers in elementary and middle schools.Firstly,the content of education and scientific research literacy of teachers in primary and middle schools is clarified;then,based on the theories of teacher development,iceberg model,system theory and group dynamics,combined with the teachers’ cognition of their own educational scientific research literacy and the expectation of educational leaders that they should have educational scientific research literacy,the structural elements of educational scientific research literacy are refined.Classified by using the methods of literature and interview,the theoretical structure model of the relationship between the iceberg structure and scientific research literacy is constructed.Secondly,according to the indicators of each dimension,a questionnaire for the education and scientific research literacy of teachers in primary and secondary schools was further developed,and a survey was conducted with Harbin primary and secondary schools as samples.Spss and Amos survey tools were used to analysis exploratory factor and confirmatory factor on the survey data to prove the rationality of the scale structure model.And verified that the structural elements of education and scientific research literacy of teachers include four first-level indicators(concept,consciousness,knowledge,ability).Finally,The study uses descriptive analysis to analyze the factors that affect education research,and puts forward corresponding suggestions to teachers and primary and secondary schools. |
