Today is an era of excellence,and all walks of life are increasingly eager for excellent talents.Undoubtedly,the origin of these talents comes from education,and the excellence of education cannot be separated from the excellence of teachers.With the deepening of basic education reform and the call of the times for excellent primary school teachers,primary school teachers ’ scientific research literacy has become the key literacy of teachers,which is of great significance to promote their professional growth and improve the innovation level of education and teaching.The pre-service training of primary school teachers ’ educational scientific research literacy has the significance of laying the foundation for the growth of excellent primary school teachers in the future and promoting the research learning of normal students.How to cultivate primary school teachers ’ educational scientific literacy in the pre-service stage is a problem worthy of study and exploration.This study analyzes the relevant literature of primary school teachers ’educational scientific literacy,grasps the relevant research status,and clarifies the connotation,characteristics and basic elements of primary school teachers ’educational scientific literacy.On this basis,using the method of literature and investigation,taking the normal students of primary education major in Y University as the research object,this paper investigates the current situation of the cultivation of educational scientific research literacy of normal students of primary education major from the aspects of training objectives,curriculum setting,theoretical teaching,practical teaching,educational scientific research activities and evaluation mechanism of primary education major.It is found that the main problems in the training process are:the requirements of training objectives for educational scientific research literacy are general;there are few courses specialized in training educational scientific research literacy;insufficient research study of normal students in theory teaching;the implementation of teaching and scientific research training in practice teaching is not in place;extracurricular education and scientific research activities training only for a few students;and the imperfect evaluation mechanism of educational research literacy.The main reasons for these problems are the innovation and exploration of traditional normal education,the imperfect system of cultivating normal students ’educational scientific research literacy and the lack of understanding of the importance of educational scientific research literacy.The main suggestions to solve these problems are:the professional training objectives should be clear about the pre-service training requirements of primary school teachers ’ educational scientific research literacy;optimize the pre-service training system for primary school teachers ’ educational scientific literacy;professional courses should pay attention to the cultivation of scientific research literacy of multidisciplinary infiltration education;actively promoting research learning in classroom teaching of primary education;practice teaching pays attention to the combination of teaching literacy and education scientific research literacy training;to build a variety of primary school education professional education scientific research literacy training platform and establish and improve the primary school education professional education scientific research literacy evaluation system. |
