A Practical Study On The Integration Of Social Work Into Urban Low-income Family Community

The low-income families are a part of the disadvantaged groups in the society,and it is a n important measure for the state to help the poor accurately at present.Low-income families need to solve their own economic problems,combined with psychological evacuation to obtai n the respect and needs of the community residents,self-identification and the status of the ow ners of the community.Community inclusion refers not only to low-income families who appr oach communities unilaterally but also to large families in the community to create conditions for the inclusion of low-income families.Taking the low-income families in the J community of Zhengzhou as an example,the aut hor collects information from interviews and interviews to understand the integration of low-i ncome families,not only to solve the problem of the lack of living material,their main needs are also expressed through the performance of low-income households at the stage of the eme rgence of their performance.According to Maslow's hierarchy of needs,low-income families meet low-level needs,such as economic needs and physiological needs,to meet higher levels of demand.The author uses the social work method to integrate resources,carry out employm ent guidance and other activities to improve their quality of life;make use of the Social Suppo rt Network of the community to support low-income families to expand their social circle;and to understand and affirm low-income families,encouragement,respect and support for relatio nships.The substantive process organizes community and group activities,and community act ivities provide economic support,while group activities focus on psychological assistance to l ow-income families.This study focuses on the potential of low-income families from the vant age point of superiority,and has achieved certain results.In conclusion,governments and com munities in the region should unite to improve the social environment and the efforts of the lo w-income families themselves,and that community integration is not only a matter of the fam ily itself but also a development perspective,adopt corresponding measures and methods cont inuously and dynamically.
