This study used literature research,questionnaire and interview.SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis and confirmatory factor analysis of the recovered questionnaire data,and the colombach coefficient was calculated to ensure the data validity.The author investigates the status quo of two levels(non-teaching level,teaching level)and six dimensions(conceptual structure,discipline quality,resource impact,teaching design,teaching evaluation,and teaching reflection)of attention to core literacy.The survey data show that rural middle school teachers are not optimistic about the overall attention to core literacy.First,teachers in rural middle schools have a low understanding of the concept structure of core literacy.Second,the understanding of the core accomplishment of the subject is relatively onesided;Third,the use of rural teaching resources to cultivate the lack of understanding of core literacy;Fourth,the frequency of reflection on core literacy teaching among teachers is low.This paper focuses on the problems existing in the current situation of teachers’ attention to core literacy in rural areas,and analyzes the reasons behind it from the three aspects of school,teachers and factors outside the school,so as to provide new research directions and ideas for the implementation and promotion of follow-up core literacy.Combined with the educational background in rural areas,this paper proposes improvement strategies from three aspects: school,teachers and factors outside school.Firstly,the school should regulate and optimize the resource input of core literacy.Develop core quality oriented training;Build a network for teachers and experts to communicate;Construct the evaluation system and supervision mechanism based on the core quality.Secondly,teachers should improve their recognition of the core quality.Improve professional quality,improve attention;Strengthening teaching communication and awareness of attention;Strengthen teaching reflection and practice educational ideal.Finally,we should advocate the cooperation between home and school,and pay more attention to the core quality.Integrate the activities inside and outside the school,broaden the channel of core literacy training;Realizing urban-rural integration and promoting educational equity;We will strengthen the support of the ministry in charge of education and diversify the ways of cooperation.
