Since 1999,quality education has only been officially implemented for 20 years.Under the long-term effect of exam-oriented education, most schools, parents, and teachers still have a great contempt for art.The school's lack of attention to art courses and the phenomenon of occupying art courses before exams often weaken the enthusiasm of art teachers for school-based curriculum development.Their denial of self made the development of ethnic regional cultural resources in the school-based curriculum of fine arts in middle schools more difficult. The new curriculum reform emphasizes the policy of "implementing three-level curriculum management at the national, local, and school levels",giving local schools some room for free development in the content setting of art courses. The 2011 edition of "Full-time Compulsory Education Art Curriculum Standards" further clarifies that art education should not focus on the simple teaching of art and cultural knowledge, but should guide students to form the correct values.Education is the foundation.Introducing regional cultural resources into art classrooms is not only conducive to the continuation and promotion of regional cultural resources, but also extremely important for the implementation of quality education. The regional cultural resources are rich and colorful, with lively content and rich forms of expression, which are important carriers for training students' aesthetic and innovative ability.Taking the first middle school of Cenxi City in Guangxi as an example, the author selects grades 7-9 of compulsory education for investigation.Through literature surveys, field visits, questionnaire surveys, and other survey methods, this paper investigates and analyzes the teaching status of junior high school art courses in Cenxi No.1 Middle School, and determines the feasibility of regional cultural resources entering middle school art classrooms. In the process ofcollecting, sorting and analyzing the regional cultural resources of Cenxi City, the author realized that the development of the regional culture of Cenxi City is of great significance to the school-based curriculum of fine arts through three years of field visits and the feedback information of the questionnaire survey. In the research,I found some problems in the art teaching of Cenxi No.1 Middle School. For example: the existing art textbooks cannot meet the students' art learning requirements;the junior high school grades do not have professional teachers responsible for junior high school teaching, and the high school teachers also serve as junior high school art courses.Due to the limited time and energy, they cannot concentrate on teaching design; There is no profound understanding of human function, and it is believed that art learning is simply the mastery of art skills, such as mechanical copy works, paper cutting, etc.;art teaching equipment and teaching materials are scarce. In order to enrich the content of the junior high school art curriculum in Cenxi No.1 Middle School, promote the inheritance of regional cultural resources, stimulate students' interest in art learning, and enhance students' cultural self-confidence and aesthetic concept, the author collected and organized the regional cultural resources of Cenxi City through various channels and divided them into The process resources "Bamboo Mangbian",the opera cultural resources "Niu Niang Opera",the folk resources "Shang Lantern Festival" and the natural resources "Granite" were analyzed and sorted out, based on the existing Hunan education version of junior high school art textbooks,Carry out the development and practice of school-based curriculum. The new curriculum standard states that students should actively dialogue with regional folk culture in the art classroom and make a good relay of the national regional culture.Introducing regional cultural resources into the school-based curriculum of fine arts in middle schools will not only enrich the content of the curriculum, but also have practical and long-term significance for the inheritance and promotion of regional culture.
