| Education is the foundation of national development and prosperity,with the rapid development of economy,science and technology,the progress of science and technology change rapidly,competition is becoming increasingly fierce,contemporary college students as the backbone of the social and economic development,the cultivation of students’ innovation and the spirit of unity and cooperation is the inevitable requirement of the development of knowledge economy knowledge.In China’s higher education,education is constantly reforming,innovating and developing.However,at present,physical education in Colleges and universities is still dominated by traditional sports teaching mode,and students’ interest is not improved,and their comprehensive quality is not effectively developed.In order to improve the students’ interest in learning,enhance the skills training ability,interpersonal skills and social adaptability,based on system organization theory and modern humanism as the theoretical basis,experimental results using the method of literature,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis of the College Aerobics Teaching and group teaching for statistical analysis,draw the following conclusions:(1)in control class and experimental class group cohesion: from "Group Environment Questionnaire" survey results can be seen,the students in the experimental class,the task group to attract group social attraction,group task consistency attraction,group cohesion factor and control class compared to existing in the obvious advantages,the small group teaching model applied to the aerobics aerobics teaching can enhance group cohesion,improve students’ teamwork ability.(2)attitude control class and experimental class students: from "exercise attitude scale",the students in the experimental class compared with the control class students have significant differences in objective attitude and behavior habits,emotional support and other factors,that small group teaching model applied to College Aerobics Teaching to improve students the learning attitude of some help.(3)in control class and experimental class aerobics skills: from the experimental data we can see that the students in the experimental class in the action specification,coordination and coherence,expressive force and aerobics performance etc.there are obvious advantages compared with the control class,higher scores,indicating the aerobics teaching in small groups teaching mode can improve aerobics skills to master the ability of the students.(4)the control class and experimental class students’ physical quality: findings from the study revealed that differences between the experimental class and the control class in the physical fitness test index of sit ups,800 m and other factors significantly,that small group teaching model has certain help to enhance students’ physical quality.(5)the interpersonal situation control class and experimental class: from "interpersonal competence questionnaire" can be seen,the students in the experimental class in active communication,self disclosure,conflict management,emotional support and other factors more significant effect compared with the control class,that small group teaching mode applied in aerobics teaching can enhance students good interpersonal skills,cultivate students’ cooperative quality. |
