Internet technology can be applied into the field of education is to support teaching activities,it can achieve the sharing of educational resources and the spread of information largely and further promote the realization of educational equity.Therefore,the child in remote and poor areas can share the quality of modern educational resources enjoyed by children in developed and urban areas too.To gain growth according to the new technology and new ideas in the new era,the education in old and young border region also has obtained unprecedented development.It is recognized that the important role of Internet education and the rapid development of Internet technology in China can give strong technical support to support education activities.Therefore,in recent years,China's Internet education has became frequently and quality is also constantly improved.The 4th Internet education with the theme of caring for improving quality seminar has been launched from the theme of Emancipating the Island of Education in 2016 to the theme of Distance Education in2019.Focused on the quality of distance education and the importance of stimulating students' learning and internal growth through the educational care of the Internet in such a special environment as distance education,and explored practical skills to solve this problem,we can see the rapid development of Internet education within four years in China.S school carried out the "Internet" education and distance online education in Y county based on the above background.This project is organized by the provincial education department and S school is specifically responsible for the implementation.In this project,English,fine arts and music is included in the subjects of remote online education which contained two stages: primary and secondary schools.The author undertook the art teaching work.On the one hand,the author carries out online art education and teaching research,mainly using literature research method,text research method and observation method.In the process of studying distance online art education,the author deeply explores the characteristics of distance online art education in "Internet" education.It includes the teaching of the teacher,the existence of "Internet +" remote online education recognition,not enough of the essence of the problem,also exist many problems in the concrete teaching,in the process of preparation,teaching,for example,because of dual segmentation,couldn't be understanded by some excellent students.After summing up,there are two main factors that affect the quality of distance online education in S schools,one is technology,which plays a decisive role in the development of this project.On the other hand,it is teachers that in all aspects of the comprehensive ability determines the quality of this project.Although it solves the problems of teaching difficulty and receiving education in remote mountainous areas,the art teachers who participate in this teaching are faced with more difficulties than the traditional ones because of the uniqueness of their teaching form and the particularity of art subjects.S school has organized a strong team of teachers to solve all kinds of teaching difficulties encountered by online teachers and ensure the smooth development of online teaching."Internet" education and distance online art education is not simply to shift from the traditional art classroom to the line,it needs that art teachers focus on the characteristics of the separation of time and space between teachers and students,according to the particularity of art subjects,Internet thinking added in the teaching of art classroom,and take this as the starting point to reshape the teaching objectives,reconstruction of teaching content and teaching process.In addition to the teacher's teaching advantages,style and enthusiasm,it is recommended that teachers teach online and integrate new educational information technologies such as whiteboard,audio,animation so on,should integrate all kinds of new educational information technologies,such as whiteboard,audio,animation and high frequency into the classroom,so as to maximize the students' attention to the front screen to increase interests of students in the 40-minute class progress.
