Rural Junior Middle School "problem students" has been a difficult problem afflicting rural middle school schools,educators and parents.Rural Junior Middle School stage is also the key period of rural youth development,is an important stage for rural middle school students to establish a correct outlook on life and values.The ideas,individualized characteristics and accumulated knowledge and living habits cultivated and formed by these children in puberty directly determine the direction of their future life development.Due to various reasons,the existence of rural junior high School "problem students" not only affects the promotion of the overall education and teaching level of rural middle schools,but also restricts the healthy development of nine-year compulsory education in rural areas,and will even adversely affect the future rural social development.By deeply investigating the causes of the "problem students" in rural junior middle schools,exploring the ideas and ways to solve the problems,helping the "problem students" in the rural junior middle school stage to be perfected and developed,solving the confusion in the re-education of parents and teachers,and creating a good environment for the healthy growth of rural junior high school students.This paper uses text analysis method,case study and in-depth interview method to analyze and study the causes and educational strategies of "problem students"in rural junior middle schools.Firstly,the "problem students" are defined,and on the basis of pedagogy,psychology and other related theories,by collecting and collating the research literature on "problem students",the concept of "problem students"in rural junior middle schools is defined and its types are analyzed.In addition,conduct in-depth interviews to "problem students",head teachers and problem student guardians and other interviews to explore the causes of "problem students",in which the school factors are mainly the school "examination-oriented education" concept is still serious,the "problem students" ideological and political education lags behind;teacher factors include the lag of rural junior high school teachers ’education concept Teachers guide and help "problem students" method rigid old,lack of creativity,home school communication is not smooth,did not form a combination of education;family reasons mainly have "bad family atmosphere"factors,"defect of the family structure" factors,the elderly’s intergenerational education quality needs to be improved;social factors are mainly "useless reading"wrong guidance,The influence of bad environment around the school on students.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,that is,to solve the problem of "problem students" school education shortage,mainly from quality education to ensure that "problem students" all-round development,appreciation education,to alleviate the "problem students" learning pressure,strengthen school moral education,pay attention to students ’ mental health.To eliminate the teacher factor of "problem students",it is mainly to standardize class management,improve teachers ’"problem students" to transform their enthusiasm,build an excellent class management team,play a model leading role,guide each other,differentiate treatment,create a class culture atmosphere,and construct the home of students ’thought and soul.Stimulate the self-correcting potential of "problem students",mainly to learn inspirational stories,tree life goals,cultivate interest in learning,and strive to overcome learning difficulties,psychological problems,self-guidance.Family and social aspects are mainly to create a rural junior high school "problem students"transformation of the family and social environment atmosphere.Regular parent-teacher meetings are held to weaken the impact of the negative family atmosphere of "problem students",regular home visits by teachers to improve the impact of the family structure of "problem students",and to improve the environment around the school and create a good educational and learning environment.To provide assistance for the education of "problem students" in rural junior middle schools.Through the investigation and study of "problem students" in rural junior middle schools,we can provide some guidance for rural junior middle school teachers,parents of "problem students" and so on to carry out the transformation of "problem students",in order to promote the healthy development of nine years of compulsory education in rural areas.
