Along with the advancement of quality education, people pay more and more attention to individual and the quality of education. Junior middle school education is the key of the elementary education, playing a role of linking. Therefore, we should implant the idea of facing all students, as much as possible to make each student be successful. The group of "Students with learning difficulties" exists in school education and is in a large proportion in rural junior middle schools, which having restricted the development of schools and becoming the main bottleneck of improving the teaching quality. Thus, it's a practical problem for schools to attach great importance of the transformation of "students with learning difficulties"There are four parts in this paper:The first part is the introduction. This paper sees forth the background, researching significance, definition, literature review and research plan. The large amount of researching material related to "students with learning difficulties" is the foundation of this study.The second part is about the cause analysis of "students with learning difficulties". Self-made questionnaire is aimed at four aspects:the emotional characteristics, cognitive behavior, teachers' teaching and the relationship between teachers and students. Then, the further analysis is to give targeted assistance to transform "students with learning difficulties".The third part is about the strategy of transformation of "students with learning difficulties", which has the characteristics of long-term and difficulties. Teachers should overcome the problems existing of their own, change the idea, participate more educational work of "students with learning difficulties"The last part is about the school management strategy of transformation of "students with learning difficulties". Schools should reform on the management mechanism, school-based teaching research, classroom teaching, after-school counseling, evaluation method, parent-school communication and so on. Various educational powers should benefit for the transformation of "students with learning difficulties" continuously. In this paper, taking advantage of working in the forefront of teaching, the author applies the theory to actual education school life in order to help "students with learning difficulties" out of trouble. The aim is to strive to promote the overall development of students, the improvement of education and teaching quality and the overall implementation of quality education.
