Community Resilience Research Based On AHP-FCE

From the current situation,the occurrence of unexpected events in the world happens more and more frequent,the losses and damage of occurrence of unexpected events are increasing.Our response to emergencies focuses on pre-disaster prevention and post-disaster,especially the post-disaster.This staged approach can not reduce the losses and damage of occurrence of unexpected events effectively,therefore,how to respond to emergencies globally has become a hot research.Community resilience is the whole process of resilience research,the whole process emphasizes the dynamic properties of resilience,include pre-disaster,in-disaster,post-disaster.Community resilience provides a new idea in how to deal with unexpected disasters,in recent years,the government and experts pay close attention.The study grasps the latest developments about community resilience research.through researching scholars,community resilience researches.Then the study summarizes the concept of community resilience and its derivatives,makes their own understanding of the concept of community resilience combined with the actual situation of Chinese communities.Secondly the study builds Index System from four dimensions of physical factors,institutional factors,economic factors,demographic factors,then get the index system in line with the community’s own characteristics and the actual situation;In order to assess the level of community resilience this study use the model of AHP-FCE.The model can obfuscates qualitative and quantitative indicators,and determine the degree of influence of each subdivision index and the overall resilience community level.Finally,the study makes recommendations based on findings.Currently the research in China on community resilience is not yet mature,most of the research stay in a theoretical level.This study introduces the model of AHP-FCE to community resilience assessment and hope to provide new ideas for solving specific community resilience Assessment.
