Research On The Construction Of Economy And People's Livelihood In The Central Soviet Area Of The Communist Party Of China

Ensuring and improving people’s livelihood is a consistent value position of the Communist Party of China in ruling and rejuvenating the country.The material basis of realizing this goal is the economic practice of producing material materials.The economy and people’s livelihood construction occupies a fundamental position in the system of people’s livelihood construction,and its core proposition is the relationship between economic development and the improvement of people’s livelihood.The period of the Central Soviet Area was an important period when the Communist Party of China established the state power for the first time and independently led the economy and people’s livelihood construction.During this historical period,the Communist Party of China coordinated the three tasks of the revolutionary war,economic development,and ensuring people’s livelihood,carried out the economic and people’s livelihood construction,and achieved remarkable results,accumulating valuable experience for "ensuring and improving people’s livelihood in the course of development" in the new era.This paper,supported by rich historical materials,integrates the theories of political science,Marxism,sociology and other related disciplines,and uses the methods of dialectical materialism and historical materialism to comprehensively and objectively discuss the historical background,theoretical basis and practical path and experience of enlightenment of the economic and people’s livelihood construction in the Central Soviet Area of the Communist Party of China.During the period of the Central Soviet Area,under the guidance and assistance of the Comintern,the Communist Party of China moved from the armed division to the local administration,and established the Soviet regime.However,the Kuomintang reactionaries attempted to strangle the new regime by means of military "encirclement and suppression" and economic blockade,resulting in life difficulties for the people in the red areas such as southern Jiangxi and western Fujian where the small-scale peasant economy was the main economy.To develop social production around the central task of revolutionary war,so as to win the political identity of workers and peasants and consolidate the new Soviet regime,became the realistic basis for economy and people’s livelihood construction in the Central Soviet Area.The interaction between economic development and the improvement of people’s livelihood is the operating basis of economic and people’s livelihood construction.The ideas of valuing people and enriching people and developing production in the traditional Chinese people’s livelihood thought and Marxism people’s livelihood thought have become the theoretical source of economic and people’s livelihood construction in the Central Soviet Area.Based on the actual situation of the Central Soviet Area,the Communist Party of China explored the practical path of economy and people’s livelihood,such as deepening the agrarian revolution,consolidating the agricultural foundation,expanding the industrial scale,promoting commercial trade,and raising financial funds,etc.On the whole,the construction of economy and people’s livelihood in the central Soviet area has achieved remarkable results,which improved the effectiveness level of local political performance,enhanced the political identity of workers and peasants,and consolidated the mass foundation of local governance.The tasks and objectives of the economic and people’s livelihood construction are constantly adjusted with the changes of the ruling environment and the main social contradictions.In the context of the transformation of the major social contradictions in the new era,the needs of people’s livelihood have changed from "material and cultural needs" to "better life needs",and the factors restricting demands have changed from "volume and speed" to "quality and benefit".This poses new challenges and requirements for the CPC to better ensure and improve people’s livelihood,namely,further improve the quality of people’s livelihood and economic development,and promote a virtuous cycle of economic development and improvement of people’s livelihood.Therefore,mirroring the historical experience of economic and people’s livelihood construction in the Central Soviet Area,the economic and people’s livelihood construction the new era must adhere to the people-centered,follow the principle of joint construction and sharing and common prosperity,promote high-quality economic development,and strengthen the overall leadership of the Communist Party of China.
