In recent years,the level of urbanization in our country has been continuously improved,and the functions of each city have become more and more complete,and the problem of comprehensive social governance has become more and more prominent.The urban grassroots management has gradually shown diversification and complexity.The vigorous development of Internet technology has gradually spawned many new crime modes,such as Internet fraud,telecommunications fraud,and computer viruses.The old urban governance system has been unable to effectively solve the above problems.All of the above put forward higher requirements for the refinement and specialization of urban governance.In the current era,to do a good job in comprehensive social governance requires the government to find more innovative management methods that can better serve the masses and target specific Issue specific governance.It is related to the vital interests of the masses and the construction of the grassroots governance system.Finding an effective grassroots urban governance model is an urgent problem for the government to solve.This research is mainly aimed at the governance of the grassroots streets in Pukou District,Nanjing.The specific location of Pukou District in Nanjing is in the northwest of Nanjing.The overall economic development of Nanjing is in the process of continuous development.The social structure,population structure and urban and rural areas of Pukou District Great changes have taken place in the structure.At the same time,many problems have appeared in the process of social governance.Among them,there are constant contradictions,and this has brought new challenges to the inherited urban governance system.Based on the actual situation,the Pukou District Government has continuously innovated various mechanisms for governance,resource integration and management system innovation,actively promoted the "big joint logistics" governance model,solved various problems arising in the process of urban development,and finally steadily improved Pukou The social order of the district,the appearance of the urban environment,and the satisfaction and happiness of the masses.The final conclusions of this research are as follows: 1.The research case selected in this paper is the “big joint logistics” model of comprehensive management from home to society.According to the characteristics of the model,the actual situation of operation and the final effect,the “big joint logistics” is analyzed.The current implementation process and effects of "Qin",and plans for the future;2.Combining with the advancement of the current management model,find out the problems that have occurred,and find the shortcomings that still need to be supplemented under this model,so as to be targeted in future work Carry out rectification and reform locally;3.Propose a rectification plan for the problems that arise,and comprehensively get the future work plan and main deployment,and put forward suggestions and solutions.
