Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement In Urban Management In L District Of C City

In the process of urbanization,urban management is an important social problem.The effect of city management is an important part of the core competitiveness of a city,which is related to the overall image of the city.From the beginning of the 21 st century,relatively concentrated administrative punishment power in China rolled out pilot,provinces and regions in the country are in full swing to carry out a lot of work,the management effect has been significantly improved,the management order is really improved.However,due to various reasons,there are still many problems in the urban management and law enforcement work,and the reform of the urban management and law enforcement system is imperative.As our contemporary urban management personnel,we should make great efforts in the reform of law enforcement concept and the optimization of working mechanism,strengthen the construction of the team,improve law enforcement methods,and improve the efficiency of law enforcement.This paper takes the L district of C City as the research sample,through reading related literature both at home and abroad,adopts the questionnaire survey method,system analysis method,methods of depth interview method,combining the theory of new public management theory,synergy governance theory,public choice theory,street bureaucratic,administrative law enforcement theory,etc.,in the C city L area of the present status of the urban management comprehensive law enforcement,It summarizes the difficulties faced by urban management law enforcement,such as the lack of law enforcement coordination among various functional departments,the lagging construction of law enforcement team,the low efficiency of law enforcement and the still existing problems of violent law enforcement against law enforcement.Combined with the actual law enforcement work of urban management in L district,the detailed reasons for the problems are analyzed,which are the unsmooth law enforcement system and mechanism of urban management,the unscientific allocation of law enforcement functions and powers,the imperfect incentive mechanism,and the insufficient market and social participation.According to the reasons analyzed,this paper puts forward improvement measures such as perfecting the law enforcement system,strengthening the construction of law enforcement team,perfecting the assessment and incentive mechanism,and expanding public participation,in order to find new ideas for the development of comprehensive administrative law enforcement cause of urban management in L District,and better improve the level of urban management and service.
