In recent years,the frequency of violence and psychological incidents among junior high school students is thought-provoking,and it is imminent to pay attention to the development of non-cognitive abilities of junior high school students.The old saying goes: Once Mencius' mother,chose her neighbor.The importance of the community environment as a near-end growth environment for junior high school students cannot be ignored.The The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Medium and Long-term Youth Development Plan(2016-2025)" and the "Several Opinions on Further Strengthening and Improving the Ideological and Moral Construction of Minors" clearly require that localities should purify the growth environment of minors,and build futures P laces for adults.During the two sessions in 2020,Premier Li Keqiang also emphasized the need to improve community service functions in the annual government work report.At present,domestic research mainly focuses on the influence of family background a nd campus class on the non-cognitive ability of junior high school students,ignoring the influence of the community environment.Based on the Big Five personality theory,new human capital theory,and social disorder theory,this study chooses the accommodation and family community environment for junior high school students to study and lives,uses propensity score matching and the marginal mean weighting through stratification model,and uses CEPS data to analyze the effect of non-cognitive ability of junior high school students,takes the influence of the local community environment where junior high school students choose to stay in school or day study on individual ability as the research goal.Research indicates:1.In the study on the impact of staying in school accommodation: the choice of staying in school accommodation has a significant impact on the openness and neuroticism of junior high school students at a significance level of 10%,and has a significant impact on agreeableness at a significance level of 1%;In the gender regression,it has a significant impact on the openness and agreeableness of men,and has a significant impact on the agreeableness of women.2.Research on the impact of community facilities: having sanitary facilities has a significant impact on the openness of individuals,having park facilities has a significant impact on the individual's extroversion,while having sanitation and park facilities has a significant impact on the individual's extroversion and agreeableness;having educational facilities It has a significant impact on the extroversion of the individual,and having education and transportation facilities has a significant impact on the extroversion and agreeableness of the individual;in the gender regression,having sanitation,parks,education and transportation facilities among men has a significant impact on the extroversion;among women Owning sanitary facilities has a significant impact on individual openness,owning park facilities has a significant impact on the individual's extroversion,and owning sanitation,parks,education and transportation facilities has a significant impact on the individual 's extroversion and agreeableness.3.Parents and schools should pay attention to the need for the development of young people's non-cognitive factors.Government agencies should strengthen the construction of regional environments and reduce the unevenness of opportunities for high-quality environmental facilities.The society should improve the construction of spiritual civilization so that young people has a better learning and living environment.
