The junior high school students in urban villages have become increasingly tired of learning due to poor education and less communication with their parents.The social work involved in the practice of junior high school students who are tired of studying in the urban village responded to the "Notice on Further Strengthening the Control of Schools to Improve the Level of Consolidation of Compulsory Education" and other countries and G Autonomous Region policies,paying attention to the problem of middle school students in urban middle schools,combining ecosystem theory and the theory of resilience,taking the junior high school students in W Junior High School in N as an example,The community of W Junior High School in N is a village in the J District of N,G Autonomous Region.It is located near the N International Airport.It is a floating population and low-income community.This village in the city should have the convenient conditions of education and transportation in N,but it has not been able to make good use of it.It still has the inherent limitations of the village,which has caused certain impact on the junior middle school students' learning problems at school.Ten students,followed by a questionnaire survey,learned that the first year of the school is more tired than the first two,the third grade,and six of the 10 students who are seriously ill-advised have been selected in the first grade,and then intervened.At the same time,from the first-grade final exam transcript,the results of the first eight classes are the worst,combined with the recommendation of the principal and the teacher,according to the characteristics of the questionnaire,class grades,and different types of students who are tired of learning,Luo,Long,Chu have been choosen.This study uses questionnaire survey,interview method,observation method combined with ecosystem theory and stress resistance theory,using social work professional methods to carry out case and group service work,helping urban villages learn the link resources of junior high school students,provide a good learning and living environment,promote the caring education of junior high school students who are tired of learning in the middle of the city,and actively guide the junior high school students who are tired of learning in urban village to establish a correct world outlook,values,return to normal learning and life.
