With the rapid development of market economy and network technology,Internet advertising is constantly innovating,which has brought great changes to people's lives.However,while Internet advertising changes people's lives,it also generates a series of problems,which seriously disturbs the economic order of China's Internet advertising market.In order to better regulate the Internet advertising industry,this paper analyzes the existing problems of Internet advertising in China,finding out the shortcomings of the present legal regulation of Internet advertising,and draws on the successful experience of other developed countries in regulating Internet advertising,we explore the effective way of legal regulation of Internet advertising.The particularity of Internet advertising determines that special legislation must be carried out on Internet advertising.Only in this way can the problems in practice be fundamentally solved.Perfecting the legal norms of Internet advertising and establishing a systematic and comprehensive legal regulation system of Internet advertising are of great significance for regulating the behavior of Internet advertising subjects,protecting the rights and interests of consumers,and promoting the healthy and orderly development of the entire advertising industry.
